DIY//How I made a simple cosmetics organizer that can be kept on your table using fabric

Hello everyone

It's a great day to be here again today to share my creativity with you all, I hope you are doing great and having nice time at your respective places. I will be sharing with you today the cutting and sewing process of this simple cosmetics organizer that can be easily kept on one side your dressing table made from fabric and I'm sure you will like the beautiful outcome.

Sometimes we need this little things around the house to help us organize our things and to keep them where we can easily reach when needed, ite them.

Sometimes ago, I made a small hand bag for my sister's friend's daughter who just gain admission into the university and she also asked that I make her some items as well which I promise to get them done one after the other but after making this cosmetics organizer for her, the measurement I took was very small so I decided to keep it for personal use and make another one for her and as you can see, this is not bad as it looks so good and nice when some of my these things were arranged in it.

Let me show you how I made this with the cutting and sewing process.

I measured and cut out 12 x 12" of fabric

It was folded in two and in two again then I measured 4 x 4" and cut it out just as seen below

It was opened up and I have this

This was used to cut out same for the lining and interfacing

The interfacing was ironed on the main fabric and was taken to the sewing machine, then i folded it and sew on both sides, the same process was repeated on the other side as well

After sewing on the main fabric, I repeated the same process on the lining leaving an opening where it can be turned to the right side

I turned the main fabric to the right side and I put it in the lining

It was sewn together at the top and was turned inside out through the opening on the lining

The opening was too stitched on and it was tucked in to the main fabric after which I top stitched on the top round

This is the final outcome with some of my cosmetics well arranged in it, this can be kept at one side of your table and it will look nice

I hope you like the simplicity and beautiful outcome, you can increase the measurement and make yours bigger.
