I continue sharing part of my work in handmade jewelry, characterized by beautiful and simple designs that can be worn by both women and men. This time I bring a beautiful unisex bracelet, made with beads that simulate wood, in addition to the black leather-like cord. To complement the design of the bracelet I worked with the Franciscan knot in strategic places and with the flat knot that serves to adjust the bracelet to the client's wrist. Nowadays bracelets are a fashion trend, women wear a variety of designs, materials and colors, but men are not left behind to wear a fresh and daring style, hence the motivation to make bracelets of unisex models. In order not to complicate the life of the user of the bracelet, I thought of the sliding or adjustable knot, very practical, because it is to put the bracelet on the wrist, pull the threads and ready. By using materials such as Chinese thread similar to leather and wooden beads can be worn daily without risk of deterioration. I enjoyed making the project, it feels nice because when I finished the bracelet, the friend to whom it was addressed wanted to wear it immediately. Sigo compartiendo parte de mi trabajo en la bisutería artesanal, caracterizada por diseños bonitos y sencillos que pueden lucir tanto mujeres como hombres. En esta oportunidad traigo una hermosa pulsera unisex, realizada con cuentas que simulan ser de madera, además del cordón negro parecido al cuero. Para complementar el diseño de la pulsera trabajé con el nudo franciscano en sitios estratégicos y con el nudo plano que sirve para que la pulsera se ajuste a la muñeca del cliente. En la actualidad las pulseras son tendencia en la moda, las mujeres lucen variados diseños, materiales y colores, pero los hombres no se quedan atrás para lucir un estilo fresco y atrevido, de ahí la motivación para realizar pulseras de modelos unisex. Con el propósito de no complicarle la vida al usuario de la pulsera, pensé en el nudo corredizo o ajustable, muy práctico, pues consiste en poner la pulsera en la muñeca, halar los hilos y listo. Al usar materiales como hilo chino similar al cuero y cuentas de madera se pueden llevar a diario sin peligro a que se deterioren. Me gustó realizar el proyecto, se siente bonito porque al terminar la pulsera, el amigo a quien iba dirigida quiso lucirla de inmediato. ✨MATERIALS//MATERIALES✨
- Wooden beads.
- Chinese thread similar to leather.

- After cutting two centimeters of straw, burn the ends of the Chinese thread with the lighter, leave free approximately 8 centimeters of Chinese thread to begin with the Franciscan knot, which we proceed to make 4 turns around the straw, right to left, then pass the tip of the Chinese thread inside the straw, remove the straw, with the help of the fingers tighten the Franciscan knot.
