Hoy contenta de participar por segunda vez en un concurso de esta maravillosa comunidad. Y pensando que haría para poder concursar, viendo que no tenia muchas cosas con ese material.
Today I am happy to participate for the second time in a contest of this wonderful community. And thinking that he would do to be able to compete, seeing that he did not have many things with that material.
Y cuando estaba en el porche de mi casa me quede mirando una de mis plantas y mire la base de la planta. Que casi a grito me decía: pintame por favor! hazme un retoque y dame vida.
And when I was on the porch of my house I stared at one of my plants and looked at the base of the plant. That almost shouted to me: paint me please! make me a touch up and give me life.
Les cuento que utilice y como lo hice:

Materiales:
Pintura acrílica, un cepillo dental viejo, cuerdas, silicon y piedras de colores.

Lo primero que hice fue bajar la planta y limpiar con un trapo la base.
The first thing I did was lower the plant and clean the base with a cloth.
Luego empece a pintarla y deje secar para darle otra mano de pintura.
Then I started to paint it and let it dry to give it another coat of paint.
Después empece a tejer usando la técnica del macrame simple, en los tres tubitos en la parte alta.
Then I began to weave using the simple macrame technique, in the three tubes in the upper part.
Por ultimo pegue las piedras, los lazos y unos detallitos con hilos de color.
Finally glue the stones, the bows and a few details with colored threads.
Y coloque la planta en su base que quedo como nueva y feliz porque le daba mas color y vida a su entorno.
And place the plant on its base that was like new and happy because it gave more color and life to its environment.
