Hello, friends!

Today is my best friend’s mother birthday so yesterday I had wrapped the gift before I sent it to her. And I would like to share how I wrapped it plus how to send it (cheap and safe, of course).

The first thing I would like to share is how I wrapped the gift.

STEPS:

First, found the perfect box for your gift. I used the reused material for this project, I took a clean milk box which was a bit larger than my gift and also I prepared the materials and things that I would use here like gift paper, double sided tape, paper scissors, clear tape, handmade birthday card. What I did first was measuring the box to the gift paper, then I cut the paper. I left a bit longer for the upper part cause I would like to make a fan shape on its’ top. Then I added the double sided tape then paste the paper on the box.

Continue it to one other side of paper. Then for the bottom, I would make a trapezoid by fold them inside. Also used double sided tape then paste it.

Then, put the double sided tape too for the upper part that was much longer than the box height. I then wrote some words on the plastic on the gift’s frame with the marker plus later on the card I also wrote the birthday wish with my pen. Finished, I put them inside the box.

Fold the upper part to make the accordion like below, then added the double tape in the middle of the top inside part of this accordion. Then paste the paper. Fold to make like a fan, meet them in the middle then also paste it.

Voila, the gift was finishly wrapped. Then I packed it in a paper bag and then the gift was ready to send.

Second thing I would like to share was how I sent it easily, safest way in cheapest price. First like usually I looked for the notifications of the transportation application. Luckily I found it, it said that it would give 20K rebate from the fare to send the things by this application so I tried the promo code and then fulfill the datas needed in the application, YAY, the fare was only 1,000 K IDR (only 0.07 USD or just 70 cents) look how cheap it was, and I used my favorite trustable online transportation application so it was totally safe. Good thing was we only had to wait for around 10 minutes to get the driver came, and then mom gave it to him plus said please be careful with the thing, cause it was fragile. Mom also didn’t forget to say to the drive to be careful on the way to my friend’s house cause it was badly sunny yesterday. And don’t worry, after the gift was arrived, the application would once notify you, and then you could give tips to the driver. Just that simple, easy, safe and of course, cheap! Wanna try sending things too?
