Today I want to share with you this easy tutorial to make a yarn anklet.
Materials:
- Waxed thread
- A piece of military chain
- Lock
- Beads
- Scissors
- Costume jewelry tweezers

Lo primero que haremos es cortar un trozo de hilo del largo de nuestra muñeca o tobillo, depende si queremos una pulsera o tobillera, la técnica es la misma.
Insertaremos los abalorios en el orden que queramos, y cortaremos 3 metros de hilo encerado para tejer.
The first thing we will do is cut a piece of thread the length of our wrist or ankle, depending on whether we want a bracelet or anklet, the technique is the same.
We will insert the beads in the order we want, and cut 3 meters of waxed thread to weave.
Vamos a cortar la cadena militar en dos, y pegaremos cada extremo con la base de hilo utilizando el encendedor, al quemar el hilo quedara la cera que nos ayudará aunque es un poco tedioso.
Para el tejido, vamos a estirar la base y empezamos con un nudo básico, pasando uno de los hilos por debajo de la base y el otro por encima, y viceversa, como se muestra en las fotografías.
Tejemos hasta el largo deseado y añadimos la cerradura de cadena militar.
