Hola a todos, qué tal están? espero que se encuentren muy bien y estén teniendo un lindo día, la verdad no frecuento mucho esta comunidad, de hecho creo que es la primera vez que participo en ella y quiero aprovechar esta oportunidad para mostrarles un poco y la vez hablarles sobre el proceso que realice para elaborar estos cuernos que pueden ser un buen complemento para algún maquillaje, algún disfraz o cosplay, y la verdad es que no es muy complicado de hacer. Desde hace un tiempo ya que quería unos, pero no sabía dónde podía encontrarlos, eran muy costosos o los venden muy lejos y la verdad no frecuento mucho comprar por internet, además de haber hecho los cuernos, también realice la diadema o cintillo, ya que no tenía uno disponible que pudiera utilizar para esto.

I hope you are very well and are having a nice day, the truth is that I do not frequent much this community, in fact I think this is the first time I participate in it and I want to take this opportunity to show you a little and tell you about the process I did to make these horns that can be a good complement for some makeup, costume or cosplay, and the truth is that it is not very complicated to do. For some time I wanted some, but I didn't know where I could find them, they were very expensive or sold far away and the truth is that I don't often buy online, besides making the horns, I also made the headband, since I didn't have one available that I could use for this.
Me gusta mucho hacer maquillajes terroríficos, inspirandome en alguna especie de demonio o recreando alguna ilustración y estos cuernos los realice especialmente para hacer un maquillaje de una ilustración que había visto, que por cierto, aun no he hecho, y bueno, pensé en utilizarlo en un maquillaje que hice ayer, pero la verdad es que no me gustaba como quedaba, siento que no encajaba con lo que quería, y pues solo estaba probando y me tomé las fotos. El proceso fue un poco tardado porque no tenía todos los materiales al momento y fue hace unos pocos días que los termine, para ser honesta me gustó el resultado final, aunque siento que quedaron muy grandes, aun así me agradan, sin más nada que decir los dejare con el paso a paso que lleve a cabo para realizarlo, espero que les guste.
I really like to do terrifying makeup, inspired by some kind of demon or recreating some illustration and these horns I made them especially to make a makeup of an illustration I had seen, which by the way, I have not done yet, and well, I thought about using it in a makeup I did yesterday, but the truth is that I did not like how it looked, I feel that it did not fit with what I wanted, and I was just trying and I took the pictures. The process was a little late because I didn't have all the materials at the time and it was a few days ago that I finished them, to be honest I liked the final result, although I feel that they were too big, even so I like them, without anything else to say I will leave you with the step by step that I did to do it, I hope you like it.
Para realizar estos cuernos solo necesite: Una caja de cartón, silicón en barra con su respectiva pistola, también unas plantillas que imprimí para utilizarlas como guía y teipe negro. Para realizar la diadema utilice: Un pedazo de alambre, teipe transparente, aunque realidad puede se cualquier tipo y un pedazo de tela negra.
To make these horns I only needed: A cardboard box, silicone stick with its respective gun, also some templates that I printed to use as a guide and black teipe. To make the headband use: A piece of wire, transparent teipe, although in reality it can be any type and a piece of black fabric.
Como podemos observar en las imágenes esta fue la guía inicial que imprimí para realizar los cuernos. Esta guia la recorte para después pegarlas en un pedazo de la caja utilizando pegamento en barra. Luego de haberlas pegado pase a cortarlas directamente de la caja y esta fue la que continúe utilizando como guía para que fuera más cómodo.
As we can see in the images this was the initial guide that I printed to make the horns. I cut out this guide and then glued it to a piece of the box using glue stick. After gluing them I cut them directly from the box and this was the one I continued using as a guide to make them more comfortable.
Es decir, con el primer corte que hice de la caja, procedí a realizar otros cuatro, ya que hay que tener cuatro partes de cada uno para que quede bien cubierto.
That is to say, with the first cut I made from the box, I proceeded to make four others, since it is necessary to have four parts of each one so that it is well covered.
Luego de tener ya todas las partes de cuerno lista, empecé a pegarlas con ayuda de silicón en barra. Para este paso me ayudo mi hermano ya que hay que ir pegando muy bien y la vez ir moldeandolo a la forma para que quede bien cubierto.
After having all the horn parts ready, I started to glue them with the help of silicone stick. For this step my brother helped me because I had to glue it very well and at the same time mold it to the shape so that it would be well covered.
Después de haberlo pegado, al siguiente día realice la diadema utilizando dos pedazos de alambre que recorte guiandome de una diadema que ya tenía anteriormente. Luego de haber cortado el alambre los uní cubriendolos muy bien con un teipe transparente. Corté dos pedazos de alambre para que fuera más fuerte, sentí que si solo utilizaba un pedazo no iba a aguantar bien.
After gluing it, the next day I made the headband using two pieces of wire that I cut from a headband I already had. After cutting the wire, I covered them very well with a transparent tape. I cut two pieces of wire to make it stronger, I felt that if I only used one piece it would not hold well.
Seguidamente, utilice un pedazo de tela negra que tenía y la pegue con silicón en barra cubriendola toda, ya que no quería que se viera el teipe.
Next, I used a piece of black fabric that I had and glued it with silicone stick covering it all, since I didn't want the teipe to show.
Luego de haber hecho esto, ya tenía prácticamente todas las piezas, solo me faltaba pintar los cuernos, al principio quería hacer un engrudo, pegarle papel higiénico y pintarlos ,pero no tenía pega blanca y lo dudaba mucho, además de que no tenía los materiales, y cuando había no aprovechaba la oportunidad, ya que el engrudo se hace con harina de trigo o con casabe, y bueno, vi un teipe de color negro en mi casa, se me ocurrió cubrirlos con esto y eso hice, la verdad me gustó más así, le da un aspecto como si fuera de cuero.
After having done this, I had practically all the pieces, I only needed to paint the horns, at first I wanted to make a paste, paste toilet paper and paint them, but I didn't have white glue and I doubted it a lot, besides I didn't have the materials, and when I did I didn't take the opportunity, since the paste is made with wheat flour or with cassava, and well, I saw a black colored teipe in my house, it occurred to me to cover them with this and that's what I did, I really liked it better like this, it gives it an aspect as if it was made of leather.
Para pegarlos a la diadema fue un poco complicado porque en el proceso me quedé sin silicón, pero para pegarlos solo hay que recortar un rectángulo de cartulina y pegarlos en la parte de abajo de cuerno, es decir en el espacio que quedó vacío, y luego quitar el exceso para pegarlo en la diadema utilizando mucho silicón en barra, a mi no me quedó tan bien porque como dije me quede sin silicón y sin cartulina, así que opté por utilizar otra cosa, pero es algo que se puede corregir, pero hacerlo con cartulina eso es más recomendable para que quede bien sujetado.
To glue them to the headband was a little complicated because in the process I ran out of silicone, but to glue them you just have to cut a rectangle of cardboard and glue them on the bottom of the horn, that is to say in the space that was left empty, and then remove the excess to glue it on the headband using a lot of silicone stick, to me it did not look so good because as I said I ran out of silicone and cardboard, so I chose to use something else, but it is something that can be corrected, but do it with cardboard that is more advisable for it to be well fastened.
