Good day everyone on @diy community,it another creative post from your favorite craftsman which have owe a lot of my friend a big gratitude and wishes .Days of life is counting and in progress without any retraction which make life of human look short and fast.
After a month of fasting for all Muslim across the whole world which make fasting look fast in counting,A day is call EID IL FITR which is an annual celebration for all Muslim that have completed a month of fasting for almighty God.
Let's go straight in to the post content,A father want to make his family happy which he instruct me to make a family unisex palm for a nuclear family.Its an amazing feelings making the palm which I rush down to market to start the making im other to satisfy my client.
HOW I MADE THE UNISEX PALM FOR THE FAMILY
MATERIAL USED
NORA
LIGHT MARKO
FIBER
MARKO 4
BLUE LEATHER
NUDE LEATHER
BUCKLE RING
HOW I CRAFT THE PALM WITH STEPS
Step 1
I Start by cutting the upper of the three palm (father,mother and daughter).I apply gum the 3 leather and apply my gum to linen it for the leather to stand well,now we will fix our buckle by cutting a leather to hold the buckle
Step 2
insole and sole making
Cut out the three insole by using the different size of shape by tracing a pen on your fiber then cut out with scissors.use the cutted fiber to cut your Nora and apply gum on the Nora and light Marko then gum your nude leather to the fiber to makeup your insole and sole ready
Step 3
Lasting and finishing
This is the latter part of the making of the palm which we will make use of our wooden last to set to different size of client Choice,we will punch the insole and gum the upper to the insole to make the palm almost done.
repeat same step to the three palm slippers
Now we will apply gum to the lasted upper and the Nora then gum it when dry after 3minute
Move to your filling machine and neat all the edges of the palm to perfect your work
