Hello!! @hivediy family, lovers of art and handmade crafts. Today I wanted to finish this fanart drawing inspired by the mascot Snapie, related to the new Hivesnaps Dapp for instant messaging, which is a great help for the entire community.
I enjoyed giving my own representation to the illustration, in a marketing style for the application, without changing the characteristics of the original animated design. I made it traditionally with colored pencils on cardstock, and I really liked the result. I hope you like it too and enjoy it. Join me! 🤗
Hola!! familia @hivediy, amantes del arte y trabajos manuales. El día de hoy quise terminar este dibujo fanart inspirado en la mascota Snapie, relacionada con la nueva Dapp Hivesnaps para mensajes instantáneos, de gran ayuda para toda la comunidad en general.
Aprecié darle una representación propia a la ilustración, en modo marketing de la aplicación sin cambiar las características de los animados original, lo realize de manera tradicional con lápices de colores sobre cartulina, el resultado me gusto mucho y espero le guste a ustedes también y lo disfruten. ¡Acompáñame! 🤗
What is Hivesnaps?
It is known as a microblogging platform because you can only write a maximum of 280 characters and upload a photo or GIF. In other words, if we compare it to Web2, it's like posting a story on Instagram or a post on X. This dapp is for being closer to the public on the Hive blockchain and the things that happen to us day to day.

La aplicación se conoce como un microbloging ya que solo puedes escribir un máximo de 280 caracteres y subir una foto o gif. Es decir si lo comparamos con web2 es como subir una historia a instagram o un post a X. Esta dapp es para esta mas cerca del público en la colmena y de las cosas que nos pasan día a día.
A few hours ago I saw the post from the profile @snapie, I noticed that the official app for iOS was already available, so I automatically proceeded to download it for my iPhone to check out its functions and options for making short, instant messages for the #hive community.
Hace unas horas vi la publicación del perfil @snapie, observé que ya estaba disponible la app officially para iOS, pues automáticamente procedí a descargarla para el iPhone y ver sus funciones y opciones para realizar mensajes cortos e instantáneos para la comunidad #hive.

In the following I will show you step by step the realization of my work. To begin with, I will mention all the materials used:

Drawing Development / Desarrollo del Dibujo
First I draw the sketch on the sheet of paper with the 4H pencil, which I use to make it easier to erase in case of any error, the beginning I always like to do it in the form of figures to get a better measure at the time of painting and for a beginner it came out quite well at the first attempt.
Primeramente dibujo el boceto en la hoja de papel con el lápiz 4H, el cual lo utilizo para que sea más fácil borrar en caso de algún error, el comienzo siempre me gusta hacerlo en forma de figuras para obtener mejor medida a la hora de pintarlo y para ser principiante me salió bastante bien al primer intento.
After the main sketch I made an outline with the fine black drawing pen and then erased the pencil ones made in the first step, so that it would not interfere with the markers, a bit complex work because it had several curious details.
Luego del boceto principal hice un delineado con la pluma fina de dibujo negro y posteriormente borré las de lápiz realizadas en el primer paso, para que no interfiriera con los rotuladores, trabajo un poco complejo pues tenía varios detalles curiosos.
In this illustration, I used various color tones. To start, I used Prismacolor light blue, gray, blue-green, yellow, and white, which I blended to create the view for the Snapies. Then, I also added red and black for the details and the creation of the HIVE logo.
En esta ilustración usé varias tonalidades de color. Para iniciar, utilicé prismacolor azul claro, gris, verde azul, amarillo y blanco, los cuales difumine para realizar con ellos la vista de los Snapie, ya luego añadí también el rojo y negro para los detalles y la creación del logo de HIVE.

It's important to note that this design was found on @snapie, but the idea and execution were done by me with great dedication for you.
With the black drawing pen, I finished outlining the final details. I hope you like the final result; I loved it. Even though I have little experience on paper, I will return with new ideas to share with you all. See you soon, and have an excellent week.
