Conmemorando el día de la Endometriosis, el cual fue el 14 de marzo, pensé en crear una imagen, basándome esta enfermedad crónica, que sufrimos muchas mujeres, incluyéndome.
Esta es una condición que nos afecta física y emocionalmente, por más que deseamos sentirnos bien al 100%, resulta un poco difícil, no muchos logran comprender todo lo que esto implica, piensan que está en nuestra cabeza, que es algo mental, por muchos años han normalizado el dolor menstrual, pero no es así, vivir con la menstruación y sufrir de dolor, no es normal, así que si sufren de esto, no crean lo que les digan, acudan al médico, y bueno busquen cuidarse, con la alimentación, con ejercicios, terapia, lo que está a su alcance.
Continuando con el tema del diseño que hoy les comparto, quise recrear a esta mujer, rodeada de estas flores amarillas, las cuales representan la endo, y bueno el color por supuesto; le agregué algunos efectos, algunas otras imágenes de trasfondo, algo abstractas; todo esto lo fue agregando poco a poco, buscando imágenes que combinen tanto con el color, como el diseño que quería crear.
Una imagen sencilla, pero con mucho significado, el sufrir de estos dolores, de esta condición, resulta muy incómodo, por mi parte, a veces me cuesta concentrarme, hacer las cosas que me gustaría, la fatiga, el desánimo, todo esto nos afecta, aunque lo normalicemos, no lo es.
Espero les gusté, me digan que tal les pareció, me encanta realizar este tipo de diseños, hace mucho que no lo hacía, por lo mismo que les comenté arriba, pero bueno hoy me sentí con un poco de creatividad para diseñar esta imagen, que hoy decido compartirles.
Cabe señalar que use Bing IA, para crear la imagen de la mujer, el fondo usando los recursos de Canva, finalizando con una pequeña edición de filtro con Photoshop.
No estaba segura de que filtro usar, pero bueno, allí fui atenuando, y a su vez le agregue otro efecto como de manchas rojas, todo esto buscando la representación de la imagen, finalmente volví a Canva, y le agregue esta frase que también genera un gran significado.

Continuing with the theme of the design that I share with you today, I wanted to recreate this woman, surrounded by these yellow flowers, which represent the endo, and well the color of course; I added some effects, some other background images, something abstract; all this was added little by little, looking for images that combine with both the color and the design I wanted to create.
A simple image, but with a lot of meaning, suffering from these pains, from this condition, is very uncomfortable, for my part, sometimes I find it hard to concentrate, to do the things I would like to do, fatigue, discouragement, all this affects us, although we normalize it, it is not.

It should be noted that I used Bing AI, to create the image of the woman, the background using Canva resources, finishing with a little filter editing with Photoshop.
I wasn't sure what filter to use, but well, there I went dimming, and in turn I added another effect like red spots, all this looking for the representation of the image, finally I went back to Canva, and added this phrase that also generates a great meaning.
