Saludos a todos en la comunicación Hive DIY, es un placer para mi compartir con ustedes mi participación en el Splinterlands Art Contest Week 293, con un tutorial para realizar un brazalete en la técnica macramé con la imagen de la carta Lord of Fire, esta me llamó mucho la atención porque no solo es un demonio de fuego cualquiera sino que el rey de los demonios de fuego, el cual puede manejar la habilidad del fuego a su antojo y vencer escudos y otras defensas fácilmente. Greetings to everyone in the Hive DIY communication, it is a pleasure for me to share with you my participation in the Splinterlands Art Contest Week 293, with a tutorial to make a bracelet in the macramé technique with the image of the Lord of Firecard, this me He attracted a lot of attention because he is not only an ordinary fire demon but also the king of fire demons, who can handle the ability of fire at will and defeat shields and other defenses easily. Materiales / Materials
- Hilo acrílico de 1mm de espesor para crochet: gris, negro, blanco, rojo, naranja, amarillo, ocre, marrón, verde claro y verde oscuro.
- Tabla con clip

Proceso / Process
Siempre el primer paso es el diseño del patrón, pues de esto dependerá la selección de colores de hilo a utilizar y permitirá determinar el ancho y largo del brazalete, es decir, que el diseño del patrón garantiza para mi el éxito de proyecto incluso antes de tocar los hilos. Yo uso la aplicación Pixel Station la cual tal como su nombre lo indica permite pintar cada pixel de la imagen , es decir, hacer un dibujo pintando cuadro por cuadro. Para este brazalete use un lienzo de 21 cuadros en vertical y 75 en horizontal, es decir que se necesitan 21 hilos guía y se hacen 75 hileras de nudos, porque cada cuadro de la imagen representa un nudo.
The first step is always the design of the pattern, since the selection of thread colors to be used will depend on this and will allow the width and length of the bracelet to be determined, that is, the design of the pattern guarantees the success of the project for me even before touch the threads. I use the Pixel Station application which, as its name indicates, allows you to paint each pixel of the image, that is, make a drawing by painting frame by frame. For this bracelet I used a canvas with 21 squares vertically and 75 horizontally, meaning that 21 guide threads are needed and 75 rows of knots are made, because each square in the image represents a knot.
Con el hilo gris cortar 9 hebras de 60cm, una hebra de 70 cm y una igual de larga pero unida al ovillo. Colocar las hebras largas en cada borde y sujetar por la mitad del largo con la tabla, con las hebras largas hacer 20 nudos planos envolviendo a las hebras del centro, tal como indica la imagen los nudos planos se hacer alternando el nudo en forma de 4 y el nudo en forma de P.
With the gray thread cut 9 60cm strands, one 70cm strand and one equally long but attached to the ball. Place the long strands on each edge and hold in half the length with the board. With the long strands, make 20 flat knots wrapping the center strands, as indicated in the image. The flat knots are made alternating the knot in the shape of a 4. And the P-shaped knot.
Doblar en forma de U y sujetar con el clip de la tabla, ubicando la hebra unida al ovillo de primer lugar a la izquierda, esa servirá de hilo anudador y el resto de los 21 hilos de hilos guía. Hacer 3 hileras de nudos solo con el hilo gris antes de comenzar los demás cambios de colores.
Esta técnica consiste en que el hilo anudador envuelve dos veces cada uno de los hilos guía, de izquierda a derecha y luego en la siguiente hileras de derecha a izquierda, así sucesivamente, los hilos anudadores de otro color se van a añadiendo y se cruzan por detrás. En esta primera parte de las llamas sólo se agregan los hilos naranja, amarillo y ocre para hacer el efecto degradado del fuego.
Fold into a U shape and secure with the board clip, placing the strand attached to the first ball on the left, this will serve as the knotting thread and the rest of the 21 strands as guide threads. Make 3 rows of knots with only the gray thread before starting the other color changes.
This technique consists of the knotting thread wrapping each of the guide threads twice, from left to right and then in the next row from right to left, so on, the knotting threads of another color are added and crossed by behind. In this first part of the flames, only the orange, yellow and ocher threads are added to create the gradient effect of the fire.
La imagen central del diseño es el rostro frontal del Lord of Fire, el cual se caracteriza por los cuernos, cuatro ojos verdes, la sonrisa maléfica y por supuesto sus orejas puntiagudas, debido a que la carta tiene un retrato a medio perfil tuve que imaginarme una vista frontal y sintetizar la imagen, estoy muy contenta por esto.
The central image of the design is the front face of the Lord of Fire, which is characterized by the horns, four green eyes, the evil smile and of course his pointed ears, because the card has a half-profile portrait I had to imagine a front view and synthesize the image, I am very happy about this.
Luego de la imagen del centro viene el mismo diseño de llamas pero en orientación contraria o vista espejo, con solo tres colores además del fondo, al finalizar las llamas hacer nuevamente tres hileras solo con el hilo gris. Agrupar en dos los hilo y hacer dos trenzas para finalizar el brazalete.
After the center image comes the same flame design but in the opposite orientation or mirror view, with only three colors in addition to the background, at the end of the flames make three rows again only with the gray thread. Group the threads in two and make two braids to finish the bracelet.
