Recientemente, me estoy embarcando en un proyecto que requiere varios granny square con flores, ¡y fue una experiencia maravillosa! La elección de tonos pasteles para los colores me encantó por completo. La suavidad y armonía que aportan a la creación son simplemente encantadoras. Me sumergí en el mundo de tejido donde cada cuadrito con su patrón de flores se convirtió para mí en una pequeña obra de arte.
Por ahora solo estoy tejiendo los grannys, como son varios que usaré, por eso les comparto la elaboración de estos.

Today, I want to share with you how fascinating it is to create a granny square, that classic technique that sparks creativity in everyone. The amazing part is how easy it is, perfect for both beginners and experts alike.
Recently, I've embarked on a project that requires several granny squares with flowers, and it's been a wonderful experience! The choice of pastel tones for the colors completely captivated me. The softness and harmony they bring to the creation are simply charming. I immersed myself in a world of weaving where each square with its flower pattern became a small work of art.
For now, I'm in the process of crocheting the granny squares since I'll be using several of them. That's why I wanted to share the creation of these with you.
Materiales
- hilo color amarillo pastel
- hilo color celeste pastel
- crochet número 3

- Sky blue yarn

Con el hilo celeste realicé 1 anillo mágico y levanté tres cadenas, para luego seguir con puntos altos. Contando las cadenas de inicio quedaron 12 puntos altos en total.
Luego uní con un punto deslizado y corte hebra.
Enseguida con el color amarillo fui realizando los pétalos. Hice 4 cadenas al aire y continúe con 4 puntos altos dobles en el mismo lugar que realice las cadenas. Una vez que termine hice un punto puff.
Levanté 2 cadenas y continúe
haciendo lo mismo hasta terminar los 12 pétalos.
I used the light blue thread to create 1 magic ring and crocheted three chains, then proceeded with double crochet stitches. Including the starting chains, there were a total of 12 double crochet stitches. After connecting with a slip stitch, I cut the yarn.
Next, with the yellow color, I crafted the petals. I made 4 chain stitches and continued with 4double crochet stitches in the same spot as the chains. Once finished, I made a puff stitch. Raised 2 chains and repeated the process to complete the 12 petals.

En la siguiente fase del tejido Granny Square, tomé el hilo celeste y realice tres cadenas. A continuación, tejí dos puntos altos, dos cadenas de separación y tres puntos altos, todos en el mismo agujero. Esto dará forma a la esquina del cuadrado.

In the next stage of Granny Square crochet, I took the light blue yarn and made three chains. Then, I crocheted two double crochets, two chain stitches for separation, and three double crochets, all in the same hole. This will shape the corner of the square.
Afterward, I made three double crochets and one chain stitch, repeating this in the next stitch. Continue with the initial sequence to form another corner of the square.
Afterward, simply repeat all the steps for the other half of the Granny.

Para continuar con la segunda vuelta, hice 3 cadenas y luego seguí la secuencia de 2 puntos altos, 2 cadenas de separación y 3 puntos altos, todo en el mismo agujero. Esto forma la esquina de mi Granny Square.
Después, creé el primer bloque con 3 puntos altos, 1 cadena de separación, y repito esto dos veces más. Sigo esta secuencia hasta completar mi Granny. Finalmente, terminé con un punto deslizado, ¡y listo!
To proceed with the second round, I chain 3 and then follow the sequence of 2 double crochets, 2 chain stitches for separation, and 3 double crochets, all in the same hole. This forms the corner of my Granny Square.
Next, I create the first block with 3 double crochets, 1 chain stitch, and repeat this twice more. I follow this sequence until completing my Granny Square. Finally, I finish with a slip stitch, and I'm done.

Aquí está el resultado, aunque les diré que aún tengo que seguir creando más Grannys para completar el proyecto final. Además, una vez que estén todos listos, los bloquearé para asegurar que tengan su forma cuadrada definitiva.

Here is the result, although I will tell you that I still have to continue creating more Grannys to complete the final project. Also, once they are all ready, I will block them to make sure they have their final square shape.
Blocking means fixing the fabric and giving more definition to the stitches.
It's quite a lot of work to make so many but I know it's worth it, they make a beautiful crop top. 🤗

Los colores pasteles sin duda dan mas calidez y decoracion a las creaciones, son unos colores muy suaves que hacen sutileza, me encanta ❤️ quiero uno para el mate jeje

Sí, son hermosos los colores pasteles, a mí esos hilos me gustaron para hacer alguna ropita de bebe. Y sabes lo mejor son hilos de algodón ecológico. 😊
