We're all in Christmas mode, right? Haha, well, I'm sharing my tutorial on how to make a cute elf from recycled materials.
This mischievous but adorable elf friend has captivated us, and that's why I made it so everyone can have one at home, and most importantly, one that we made ourselves. Your little ones will love helping to make it; take note of the materials and each step; it's very easy and fun to do.

Estamos todos en modo Navidad, ¿verdad?, jaja, pues les comparto mi tutorial de cómo elaborar con material reciclado un lindo elfo.
Este travieso pero lindo amigo elfo nos ha cautivado y es por eso que lo elaboré para que todos puedan tener uno en sus casas y, sobre todo, lo más importante, que está hecho por nosotros mismos. A sus pequeños les encantará ayudar a elaborarlo; tomen nota de los materiales y de cada paso; es muy fácil y divertido hacerlo.
Materials:
White and black cardstock.
Graphite pencil
Scissors
Glue
Thin cardboard
Red tissue paper
Hole punch
Markers
Cardboard roll
Twine
Hole punch
Materiales:
Cartulinas color blanco y otra color negro.
Un lapiz de grafito
Tijeras
Pega
Cartón fino
Papel seda de color rojo

We make the face from a piece of white cardstock and then color it with markers. For the eyes, we use a hole punch and then outline them with a white marker.
Con un pedazo de cartulina blanca hacemos la carita y luego la pintamos con los marcadores.
Para sus ojos, se los hacemos con la perforadora y luego con un marcador blanco le damos forma.
Using a black marker, we outline the face and then draw the hair.
We make the neck from thin cardboard and the hat from construction paper.
Con el marcador negro remarcamos la cara y luego le hacemos su cabello.
Con el cartón fino hacemos su cuello y con cartulina el gorrito.
Cover the cardboard tube and the hat with tissue paper and then add it to your head.
Forrar con papel seda el tubito de cartón y el gorro para luego añadírselo a su cabeza.
Using thin cardboard, we make his legs and arms, then with a red marker, we make his stockings, with a piece of black cardstock, we make his shoes, and with white cardstock, we make his gloves.
Con el cartón fino hacemos sus piernas y brazos para luego, con el marcador color rojo, hacerle las medias y, con un pedazo de cartulina color negro, hacerle sus zapatos y, con la cartulina blanca, sus guantes.
We glued on his arms and legs; then we made a pom-pom with the string and added it to his hat; we also made his strap and buckle.
Le pegamos los brazos y sus piernas; después lo hacemos con el pabilo, un pompón, y se lo agregamos a su gorro; también hacemos su correa y hebilla.
