Hola, hola estimados amigos de ésta creativa colmena de artesanos, es un gusto volver a estar por acá compartiendo con ustedes, ya que tenía mucho tiempo que no lo hacía, debido a que estaba enfocada en otros proyectos de costura, pero como ya estamos muy cerca de recibir la navidad y el año nuevo, decidí enfocarme en otros proyectos más alusivos a la temporada, como el proyecto que les traigo hoy, Una "Hermosa y Colorida Flor Navideña", ideal para adornar nuestros árboles de navidad o las puertas de nuestro hogar. Aquí te muestro cómo la hice.
Hello, hello dear friends of this creative hive of artisans, it is a pleasure to be back here sharing with you, as I had a long time not doing it, because I was focused on other sewing projects, but as we are very close to receive Christmas and New Year, I decided to focus on other projects more allusive to the season, as the project I bring you today, A "Beautiful and Colorful Christmas Flower", ideal for decorating our Christmas trees or the doors of our home. Here I show you how I made it.
- Foamy rojo, dorado, blanco y verde.
- Moldes de los pétalos, pequeño, mediano y grande.
- Plancha para ropas.
- Yesquero o encendedor.
- Pistola para silicon en barra.
- Barra de silicón.
- Regla.
- Tijeras.
- Foamy red, gold, white and green.
- Petal molds, small, medium and large.
- Clothes iron.
- Tinder or lighter.
- Silicone stick gun.
- Silicone stick.
- Ruler.
- Scissors.
Lo primero es marcar los Moldes en cada foami, según el color que se haya escogido, en éste caso, marqué los 5 Moldes grandes en el foami blanco, 5 medianos en el foami rojo y 5 pequeños en el foami blanco.
The first thing to do is to mark the Molds on each foami, according to the color chosen. In this case, I marked the 5 large Molds on the white foami, 5 medium ones on the red foami and 5 small ones on the white foami.
Después hice unos pequeños piquetes en los bordes laterales de los pétalos, que parezcan unas pequeñas mordidas. Esto se hará con todos los demás pétalos.
Then I made a few small picks on the side edges of the petals, to look like small bites. This will be done with all the other petals.
Luego, con la ayuda de el yesquero o el encendedor calenté las orillas para darles la forma típica de las flores navideñas, es decir, como dobladas en las orillas. Esto se hará con todos los pétalos.
Then, with the help of the tinder or lighter I heated the edges to give them the typical shape of the Christmas flowers, that is to say, as if bent at the edges. This will be done with all the petals.
Después corte un círculo dorado,sobre el cual comencé a pegar los petalos, primero pegué los pétalos grandes en las orillas del círculo, luego pegué los pétalos rojos sobre los blancos, de manera intercalada y por último, pegué los pétalos blancos sobre los rojos, de la misma manera que el anterior, de forma intercalada.
Then I cut a golden circle, on which I began to glue the petals, first I glued the large petals on the edges of the circle, then I glued the red petals on the white ones, in an intercalated way and finally, I glued the white petals on the red ones, in the same way as the previous one, in an intercalated way.
Cuando terminé de pegar los petalos, procedí a cortar las hojas de la flor, saqué dos piezas en foami dorado y les realicé el mismo procedimiento de los pétalos, es decir, expuce las orillas al calor y le di forma.
When I finished gluing the petals, I proceeded to cut the leaves of the flower, took out two pieces of golden foami and did the same procedure as for the petals, that is to say, I exposed the edges to heat and gave them shape.
Posteriormente corté círculos pequeños para hacer los botones del centro de la flor, éstos los coloqué sobre la plancha caliente para que quedaran abombados y los pegué en el sitio anteriormente dicho.
Then I cut small circles to make the buttons in the center of the flower, placed them on the hot iron so that they would be curved and glued them in the aforementioned place.
Por último, hice 3 ramitas pequeñas, en foami verde y las pegué detrás de la flor.
Finally, I made 3 small twigs in green foami and glued them behind the flower.
Aplicando estos sencillos pasos lograremos obtener ésta hermosa y Colorida Flor Navideña, la cual podemos usar para adornar cualquier espacio de nuestro hogar. Muchas bendiciones mis estimados amigos.
