Diy: Hello Kitty navideña en foami. (ESP/ENG)

Saludos queridos amigos de Hive Diy, un gusto saludarles, les deseo un felíz martes, última semana del mes de noviembre y ya casi comienza oficialmente la navidad, mi mes favorito, y por su puesto que desde ya nos activamos con las manualidades al estilo navideño. Quiero desearles una excelente semana a todos los miembros de la comunidad.

Greetings dear friends of Hive DIY, it's a pleasure to greet you. I wish you a happy Tuesday, the last week of November, and Christmas is almost here—my favorite month! And of course, we're already getting started with Christmas-themed crafts. I want to wish all members of the community a wonderful week.

En esta oportunidad estuve realizando un adorno para mí refrigerador con temática de navidad, anteriormente ya había realizado otras figuras así que seguía pensando que podía realizar este año, encontré éste molde de Hello kitty vestida de reno e inmediatamente dije la tengo que hacer, me encanta como se ve y es mi favorita.

This time I was making a Christmas-themed decoration for my refrigerator. I had already made other figures, so I kept thinking about what I could make this year. I found this template of Hello Kitty dressed as a reindeer and immediately said I had to make it. I love how it looks and it's my favorite.

Agregué el detalle de la bufanda a parte ya que en la imagen principal no la tiene, la verdad amo todas las versiones de Hello Kitty y de navidad no había visto jaja, a continuación les muestro los materiales y el paso a paso.

I added the scarf detail separately since it's not in the main image. I really love all the Hello Kitty versions, and I hadn't seen a Christmas one before, haha. Below I'll show you the materials and the step-by-step instructions.

Paso a paso / Step by step

El primer paso que voy a realizar será dibujar en una hoja blanca todas las partes de la figura ya que luego las vamos a ir uniendo.

The first step I'm going to take is to draw all the parts of the figure on a white sheet of paper, since we're going to put them together later.

Luego de esto, voy realizar la cabeza en foami blanco, también realizamos parte del traje en foami color piel, realicé el cuerpo del mismo color, en color marrón oscuro las piernas y los cuernos en color marrón escarchado.

After this, I will make the head in white foam, we also made part of the suit in skin-colored foam, I made the body in the same color, the legs in dark brown and the horns in frosted brown.

Con un trozo de algodón voy a tomar sombra de color marrón claro y a toques voy a comenzar a cubrir las partes de cara y cuerpo. Si tienes un foami marrón clarito lo puedes utilizar en mi caso no tenía de ese color así que tocó improvisar.

Luego unimos la parte de la cara en color blanco y marrón, también el cuerpo, voy a colocar la cara sobre el foami verde ya que este será una especie de fondo, al igual los cuernos, y el cuerpo.

Using a piece of cotton, I'm going to pick up some light brown eyeshadow and dab it onto the face and body. If you have light brown foam, you can use that; I didn't have any in that color, so I had to improvise.

Next, I'll join the white and brown parts of the face, and then the body. I'm going to place the face on the green foam, as this will be a kind of background, along with the horns and the rest of the body.

Una vez que terminemos de unir todas las partes del cuerpo en foami rojo escarchado realicé el lazo respectivo y ubicamos en la esquina derecha, también sus ojos y nariz en color amarillo.

Once we finish joining all the body parts in glittery red foam, I made the respective bow and placed it in the right corner, also its eyes and nose in yellow.

Unimos los cuernos a la cabeza, un detalle adicional que me parece que queda super lindo es una bufanda en color rojo escarchado para dar el toque final, y listo, de esta forma terminé de realizar a Hello Kitty de navidad.

We attached the horns to the head, an additional detail that I think looks super cute is a frosted red scarf to give the final touch, and that's it, this is how I finished making the Christmas Hello Kitty.
