Hola amigos de la comunidad Hive Diy, quiero presentarles este trabajo, colorido y agraciado, extraño, pero con significado. Este personaje, tiene alas que me permiten volar, además su nariz lleva movimiento porque con ella olfatea el peligro, para así ir a ayudar a quien lo necesite. Tiene varios ojos, para poder dormir con unos, mientras los otros permanecen vigilantes, su cabello es verde para conectarse con la madre tierra. Sus mejillas son naranjas para atraer la prosperidad y la abundancia. Su traje es colorido, rojo con blanco, para camuflarse entre la ropa y pasar desapercibido, es que él es un Angel guardián.

Hello friends of the Hive Diy community, I want to present you this work, colorful and graceful, strange, but with meaning. This character has wings that allow me to fly, also his nose has movement because with it he smells the danger, so he can go to help whoever needs it. He has several eyes, so he can sleep with some, while the others remain vigilant, his hair is green to connect with mother earth. Her cheeks are orange to attract prosperity and abundance. His costume is colorful, red with white, to camouflage between clothes and go unnoticed, is that he is a Guardian Angel.

Para hacer el este ángel, utilicé trozos de tela que tenía en casa. Esta vez no tenía una idea clara de lo que iba ha hacer, así que lo fui construyendo en el camino. Lo primero fue cortar la tela color piel para dar origen a la cara, también utilicé tela clara para poner bajo los ojos y así darles más resplandor. La nariz se elaboró en color piel y va adherida con hilo de un punto para así lograr el movimiento. Las mejillas color naranja son trozos de paño lency y el cabello, verde, va adornado con costuras amarillas para darle más visibilidad y claridad.

To make this angel, I used pieces of fabric I had at home. This time I didn't have a clear idea of what I was going to do, so I built it along the way. The first thing was to cut the skin colored fabric to make the face, I also used light fabric to put under the eyes to give them more shine. The nose was made in skin color and is attached with single stitch thread to achieve the movement. The orange cheeks are pieces of lency cloth and the hair, green, is adorned with yellow stitching to give it more visibility and clarity.

_Body

El cuerpo tiene una base de alambre para darle soporte y permitir el movimiento. Primero le hice brazos y manos con tela clara e hilo anaranjado, para que resaltara este color que se asocia con la abundancia. El vestido es una media para dormir que ya estaba vieja, la lavé, la corte y le hice algunas costuras para darle forma. Sus pies los cubrí con tela marrón. Finalmente le elaboré un colgante con tres cascabeles y unos pompones, para alejar las cosas malas con su particular sonido.

The body has a wire base to give it support and allow movement. First I made her arms and hands with light fabric and orange thread, to highlight this color that is associated with abundance. The dress is an old sleeping stocking, I washed it, cut it and made some seams to give it shape. Her feet were covered with brown fabric. Finally I made a pendant with three bells and some pompoms, to keep away bad things with its particular sound.

Así es como damos la bienvenida al Angel Guardián, es que el otro día leía que muchos ángeles no tienen forma, nosotros les hemos dado esa forma humana, por eso, decidí crear este personaje protector, con características definidas para cuidar, como su nariz para olfatear el mal, muchos ojos para estar siempre vigilante, alas para ir a todo lado y cascabeles para ahuyentar las cosas malas o no deseadas.

Este personaje, está elaborado a mano, como ven, no necesitamos más que nuestras manos para crear ideas nuevas, bonitas con las que podamos contar historias.

This is how we welcome the Guardian Angel, the other day I was reading that many angels have no form, we have given them that human form, so I decided to create this protective character, with defined characteristics to take care of, like his nose to sniff out evil, many eyes to be always vigilant, wings to go everywhere and bells to scare away bad or unwanted things.
This character is handmade, as you can see, we do not need more than our hands to create new, beautiful ideas with which we can tell stories.
