Reconstruyendo un auto amarillo / Rebuilding a yellow car

Hola amigos de la comunidad Diy, hace rato que no hacía una manualidad, sin embargo, el otro día iba caminando con mi canina Iris y en el suelo reposaba este trozo de auto, de un carro de juguete, quebrado, dañado y me dio pesar, porque, aunque es un objeto inanimado, estaba abandonado y sin parte de su cuerpo. Por eso, lo tomé en mis manos y lo traje a casa, para reconstruirlo a mi manera. Lo primero que pensé fue en telas amarillas, porque era amarillo y aunque jamás he elaborado un auto en tela, esta era la oportunidad perfecta para hacer el primero.

Hello friends of the Diy community, it's been a while since I did a craft, however, the other day I was walking with my canine Iris and on the ground rested this piece of car, from a toy car, broken, damaged and I felt sorry for it, because, although it is an inanimate object, it was abandoned and without part of its body. So I took it in my hands and brought it home, to rebuild it in my own way. The first thing I thought of was yellow fabrics, because it was yellow and although I have never made a car out of fabric, this was the perfect opportunity to make my first one.

Proceso de elaboración / Elaboration Process

Para esta manualidad, de reconstrucción de carro utilicé: tela amarilla, tela negra, hilo y aguja, tijeras, relleno de algodón y un trozo muy pequeño de tela color beige.

Tomamos la tela amarilla y cortamos dos rectángulos de 15 centímetros de largo por 8 de ancho, también cortamos pequeñas tiras de la misma tela amarilla, mucho más delgadas, eso sí, de 15 cm de largo, pero esta vez de 5 cm de ancho. Empezamos a unir las partes para formar un rectángulo que rellenaremos con algodón sintético. También le ponemos unos rectángulos con tela negra u oscura, para que sean las ventanas.

For this car reconstruction craft I used: yellow fabric, black fabric, thread and needle, scissors, cotton stuffing and a very small piece of beige fabric.
We took the yellow fabric and cut two rectangles of 15 centimeters long by 8 wide, we also cut small strips of the same yellow fabric, much thinner, that yes, 15 cm long, but this time of 5 cm wide. We begin to join the parts to form a rectangle that we will fill with synthetic cotton. We also put some rectangles with black or dark fabric, to be the windows.

Finalmente, le adherimos con pegamento el trozo de auto encontrado en la calle. así le daremos un poco de brillo al auto de tela y un cuerpo nuevo al trozo de carro. Esta es una reconstrucción de una pieza olvidada y la oportunidad de crear un nuevo personaje para mis cuentos, por eso le he colocado dos ojos en su parte delantera, en la parte oscura.

Finally, we glue the piece of car found in the street to it. This way we will give a little shine to the fabric car and a new body to the piece of car. This is a reconstruction of a forgotten piece and the opportunity to create a new character for my stories, that's why I have placed two eyes in its front part, in the dark part.

Así anda mi carro amarillo, con orgullo por la casa, pues bien sabe que los dos hemos sido privilegiados, él por su nuevo aspecto y yo por la nueva oportunidad de crear un personaje. Es importante que siempre reutilicemos y reciclemos muchos objetos que consideramos basura, ya que así ayudaremos al planeta tierra, podremos usar nuestra imaginación para crear cosas fabulosas, además de motivar a otros ha crear manualidades como esta.

So walks my yellow car, proudly around the house, because he knows that both of us have been privileged, him for his new look and me for the new opportunity to create a character. It is important that we always reuse and recycle many objects that we consider garbage, because this way we will help the planet earth, we can use our imagination to create fabulous things, besides motivating others to create crafts like this one.
