Paso 1:
Marcamos con la regla la cartulina y picamos.
Lo hice del mismo grosor de la regla ustedes lo pueden realizar más grueso.
Luego picamos el celoven un poco más largo de la tira en cartulina y colocamos la pega hacia arriba.

Paso 2.
Picamos el colgante de la cortina dejando los hilos libre de ataduras y empezamos a pegar uno por uno sobre el celoven.

Ya habiendo pegado cada uno de los hilitos nos quedarian los 3 tirantes y lo que hacemos es unirlo con el cilicon caliente

Doblamos el papel de navidad 1 centimetro más grueso que la regla y procedemos a picar cuidadosamente ya que el papel es muy delicadO

empezamos a pegar la tira del papel sobre lo que tenemos listo de la cortina para cuando de guinde en la pared se vea similar a como viene original
