Hoy les traigo el último tutorial de decoración de Harry Potter, está vez haciendo un Topper para decorar la torta ,y personalizado al mejor estilo Slytherin, siguiendo con la temática de cada casa de Hogwarts, lo diseñe inspirado en el escudo de este, aquí les dejo las fotos del paso a paso.

Today I bring you the last Harry Potter decorating tutorial, this time making a cake topper, personalized in the best Slytherin style, following the theme of each Hogwarts house. I designed it inspired by the Hogwarts crest. Here are the step-by-step photos.

#1 Para el primer paso empezamos haciendo las letras al estilo Harry Potter en el foami negro escarchado, y el número 17 en foami verde escarchado, y dibuje la figura plateada de la serpiente 🐍. Una vez recorté las letras del nombre las pegue en una cartulina dorada,al igual que los números 🔢 17 los pegué en fondo dorado. Y luego la serpiente la pegue en un foami negro de fondo.

#1 For the first step, we started by making the Harry Potter-style letters on the black frosted foam, and the number 17 on green frosted foam, and I drew the silver snake figure 🐍. Once I cut out the letters of the name, I glued them on gold cardstock, just like the numbers 🔢 17, I glued them on a gold background. And then I glued the snake on a black foam background.

#2 Para hacer otros elementos para completar el diseño ,hice unos relámpagos dorados pequeños, y una pequeñas snichts doradas con alitas en papel crepé de varios tamaños. Con foami negro recorté dos regtangulos y que pegue uno encima del otro, y los pegué en la parte de atrás del número 17, y pegué el nombre con el fondo dorado en el foami negro dejando un borde pequeño negro.

#2 To make other elements to complete the design, I made some small gold lightning bolts and some small gold snichts with wings out of crepe paper of various sizes. With black foam, I cut out two rectangles and glued one on top of the other. I glued them to the back of the number 17. I also glued the name with the gold background onto the black foam, leaving a small black border.

#3 Con el palito de altura , Acomodé de forma que quedará bien el diseño ,puse el nombre arriba y la serpiente en el medio , y los 17 en la parte de abajo. El diseño así quedaría un poco sencillo y es aquí donde entran estas láminas de acetato, esto lo saqué de un empaque de producto y con este material corté unas tiritas de acetato y la doblé a la mitad para hacer un soporte que nos servirá para pegar un extremo en la parte de atrás de las letras del nombre ,y los otros extremos quedarán como flotando, en estos extremos pegué las snichts, y en tiras más pequeñas pegué los relámpagos para que queden como flotando alrrededor del nombre dejando un bonito efecto.Para completar el diseño y darle mejor toque, puse algo de sombra en la serpiente 🐍, y unos toques de pintura dorada en las letras del nombre.

The design would be a little simple and this is where these acetate sheets come in, I got this from a product packaging and with this material I cut some acetate strips and folded it in half to make a support that will help us glue one end to the back of the letters of the name, and the other ends will be floating, on these ends I glued the snichts, and on smaller strips I glued the lightning bolts so that they look like they are floating around the name leaving a nice effect. To complete the design and give it a better touch, I put some shadow on the snake 🐍, and some touches of gold paint on the letters of the name.

#4 Como un plus, aquí les dejo otro tutorial para hacer unos snichts doradas para pegarlas en la pared, primero recorté unos círculos, en una cartulina dorada, con un papel crepé blanco y doblando este varias veces para sacar varias alitas a la vez ,recorté las alas.Ya con las piezas puse el circulo dorado, y a las alitas la recorté la forma haciéndola ver mucho más picudita, junte dos alitas y las enrolle por un extremo y pegué este lado enrollado a la parte de atrás del círculo.Para completar el diseño corté una tira muy delgada del foami dorado escarchado y atravesé toda la mitad del círculo.

#4 As a bonus, here is another tutorial to make some golden snichts to stick on the wall, first I cut out some circles, in a golden cardboard, with a white crepe paper and folding this, I cut out the wings. With the pieces I put the golden circle, and I cut out the shape of the wings making them look much more pointy, I put two wings together and rolled them up at one end and glued this rolled side to the back of the circle. To complete the design I cut a very thin strip of the frosted gold foam and went through the entire half of the circle.
