¡¡Hermosa creación de Dios!!... Pienso que hablar de flores, sería una tema totalmente ilimitado e incalculable, su belleza, delicadeza, aroma, formas, elegancia y colores, evocan sentimientos y emociones que van desde el amor a la alegría y el agradecimiento. Las flores hablan por si mismas, en ocasiones son nuestras mejores aliadas para decir cosas sin palabras, una exuberante fuente de comunicación que nos permiten expresar aquello que sentimos, creemos o pensamos.
Beautiful creation of God!!... I think that talking about flowers would be a totally unlimited and incalculable topic, their beauty, delicacy, aroma, shapes, elegance and colors evoke feelings and emotions ranging from love to joy and gratitude. Flowers speak for themselves, sometimes they are our best allies to say things without words, an exuberant source of communication that allows us to express what we feel, believe or think.
Para mi, las flores representan vida y perfección, el simple hecho de ver y oler una flor, me conecta con las cosas cosas que amo de la naturaleza y mejora inmediatamente mi estado de ánimo. Estar en un lugar donde hayan distintos tipos de flores y poder respirar este aire puro, ofrece una sensación de esperanza y tranquilidad incomparable. Las flores son algo que definitivamente me enamoran, son el mejor adorno y regalo de importante valor que podemos ofrecer.
For me, flowers represent life and perfection, the simple fact of seeing and smelling a flower connects me with the things I love about nature and immediately improves my mood. Being in a place where there are different types of flowers and being able to breathe this pure air offers a feeling of hope and incomparable tranquility. Flowers are something that I definitely fall in love with, they are the best decoration and gift of significant value that we can offer.
Para mi entrada al concurso, me inspire en una de mis flores favoritas, el tulipán, una flor que se caracteriza por sus colores vivos y brillantes y que simboliza amor sincero, romanticismo y lealtad. En mi país, estás flores son muy distintas pero igual de hermosas, otro ejemplo de mi amor a ciegas por estás flores, ya que nunca he podido apreciar la verdadera flor, pero disfruto admirarlas en fotografías. Por este motivo, quise en este proyecto, reflejar la sutileza de esta linda flor un creativo sujetador de cortinas, que resultan muy útil y hermosos para decorar el hogar.
For my contest entry, I was inspired by one of my favorite flowers, the tulip, a flower known for its bright, vivid colors that symbolizes sincere love, romance, and loyalty. In my country, these flowers are very different but just as beautiful, another example of my blind love for these flowers, since I have never been able to appreciate the real flower, but I enjoy admiring them in photographs. For this reason, I wanted in this project to reflect the subtlety of this beautiful flower, a creative curtain holder, which are very useful and beautiful to decorate the home.
Tela Micromed, es el material que utilice para elaborar estás flores, es una tela de contextura suave y delicada pero también resistente y con cierta rigidez, ideal para ese tipo de proyectos. Hacer estás flores, es más sencillo de lo que parece ya que no necesitas de un patrón específico para crearlas. Acompañame a ver cómo las hice.
Micromed fabric, it is the material I used to make these flowers, it is a fabric with a soft and delicate texture but also resistant and with a certain rigidity, ideal for this type of project. Making these flowers is easier than it seems since you don't need a specific pattern to create them. Come with me to see how I made them.
Materiales que necesitas:
- Tela.
- Tijeras.
- Hilo y aguja.
- Alambre de cobre.
- Relleno.
Materials you need:

- Thread and needle.
- Copper wire.

(PROCEDIMIENTO)
Paso 01
Inicio cortando la tela en rectángulos de 15 x 9 cm, aunque la medida es opcional, todo dependerá del tamaño que desees que tengan tus flores. Dobla hacia adentro el borde superior de la tela y realiza una costura recta.
Step 01
I start by cutting the fabric into 15 x 9 cm rectangles, although the size is optional, everything will depend on the size you want your flowers to be. Fold the top edge of the fabric in and sew a straight seam.
Paso 02
Dejamos aún lado para formar los tallos, para esto corto una tira larga de tela verde y doblamos para coser los bordes con la tela al revés. Separamos en varias piezas y luego cosemos solo un extremo, damos vuelta a todas las partes y por el otro introducimos un trozo de alambre.
Step 02
We left one side to form the stems, for this I cut a long strip of green fabric and folded to sew the edges with the fabric inside out. Separate into several pieces and then sew only one end, turn all the parts and introduce a piece of wire through the other.
Paso 03
Continuamos con la elaboración de los tulipanes, dobla el rectángulo a la mitad y une los extremos cosiendo. Voltear al derecho la pieza y la cosemos con una costura hilvanada en la punta del tallo aparentando fuerte el hilo. Luego introduzco un poco de relleno y realizo puntadas en cruz, es decir , de extremo a extremo, de la parte superior para cerrarlo u dar forma al tulipán. Empleamos los mismos pasos para hacer varios y tener un ramo de esta linda flor.
Step 03
Continuing with the making of the tulips, fold the rectangle in half and join the ends by sewing. Turn the piece to the right and sew it with a basted seam at the tip of the stem, making the thread look strong. Then I introduce a little stuffing and make cross stitches, that is, from end to end, from the upper part to close it or shape the tulip. We use the same steps to make several and have a bouquet of this beautiful flower.
Paso 04
Cortamos nuevamente una tira larga de tela verde, pero esta vez más gruesa, para hacer el sujetador. Cosemos las orillas, con la tela en reverso, y luego giramos. Introduzco una alambre y cierro con una costura ambos lados. El alambre es un material necesario para apretar nuestra cortina. Seguidamente cosemos está pieza a la parte posterior del ramo de tulipanes.
Step 04
We again cut a long strip of green fabric, but this time thicker, to make the bra. We sew the edges, with the fabric on the reverse side, and then we turn. I introduce a wire and close with a seam both sides. The wire is a necessary material to tighten our curtain. Next we sew this piece to the back of the bouquet of tulips.

Puedes crear tus tulipanes como quieras, que combinen en color y diseños. Estoy enamorada del resultado, fue de gran alegría hacer este proyecto. Ahora tengo hermosos tulipanes sujetando mi cortina y decorando mi hogar. Espero sea de su agrado.
