✨️Pasos✨️
•✨️Voy a seleccionar los retazos de tela más grandes y voy a doblar de la siguiente forma para obtener así dos piezas laterales para las piernas luego voy a cortar el contorno de cintura de 10 cm de altura y 69 cm de ancho aproximadamente.
•✨️Voy a continuar cosiendo la parte interna de la pierna con costura recta doble y zigzag para asegurar luego voy a unir ambas partes con dos costuras rectas y zigzag para asegurar bien y evitar que mi pieza se descosa.
•✨️Voy a coser el extremo del contorno de cintura con costura recta dos veces y luego zigzag para después doblar ocultando la costura y luego colocandolo en el lado derecho de la tela y voy a coser con costura recta mientras voy estirando.
•✨️Luego voy a coser con costura de zigzag y finalmente voy a coser la orilla de las piernas con costura recta mientras voy doblando la tela.

Es una lycra muy cómoda y perfecta para hacer cualquier tipo de movimiento por lo bueno de sus costuras y lo reforzada que quedo haciendo nuestro entrenamiento ideal y muy seguro. Me encantó mucho el haber hecho esta lycra y el haber compartido con ustedes el proceso a seguir para que ustedes mismos también confeccionen su ropa deportiva.
