Hola queridos amigos! Tengan todos un abrazo cargado de las mejores vibras. Para darle ya la bienvenida a mi segunda Celebración preferida del año, Navidad 🎄 quise hacer esta bonita manualidad con materiales reciclados que tenia en casa.
Se trata de un Farolito Navideño. A continuación les Muestro como fue el proceso de elaboración.
Hello dear friends! Have everyone a hug full of the best vibes. To welcome my second favorite celebration of the year, Christmas 🎄 I wanted to make this beautiful craft with recycled materials I had at home.
It is a Christmas Lantern. Below I show you how was the process of elaboration.

Lo primero que haremos sera recortar en carton las ventanas del farol, tomando en cuenta que la parte de abajo debe ser mas corta que la de arriba para que al unirlas tenga la forma característica de un farol.
Luego marcamos y recortamos el centro, procedemos a partir los palitos de altura a la mitad y se los colocamos como se puede apreciar en las siguientes imágenes.
The first thing we will do is to cut the windows of the lantern out of cardboard, taking into account that the bottom part should be shorter than the top part so that when they are joined together they have the characteristic shape of a lantern.
Then we mark and cut out the center, proceed to cut the height sticks in half and place them as shown in the following images.
Debemos hacer cuatro ventanas. Ya terminadas procedemos a pintarlas. Ahora recortaremos un cuadrado que debe tener la misma medida que la parte de abajo de las ventanas, ya que este sera la base del Farol. En este caso sera de 8x8cm ya que la parte de abajo de mis ventanas es de 8cm.
También recortaremos un cuadrado de cartón de 10x8cm que sera la otra base del farol. Tomamos el tubo de cartón y hacemos varios cortes en uno de los extremos y doblamos los cortes como se puede apreciar en las siguientes imágenes, sobre esas tiras pegamos con silicona el cuadrado de 8x8cm y al otro extremo del tubo pegamos el otro cuadrado de 10x8cm.
We must make four windows. Once they are finished we proceed to paint them. Now we will cut out a square that must have the same size as the bottom of the windows, as this will be the base of the Farol. In this case it will be 8x8cm since the bottom of my windows is 8cm.
We will also cut a 10x8cm cardboard square that will be the other base of the lantern. We take the cardboard tube and make several cuts at one end and bend the cuts as shown in the following images, on these strips we glue with silicone the 8x8cm square and at the other end of the tube we glue the other 10x8cm square.
Pintamos el tubo y los cuadrados. Ahora recortamos cuatro triángulos en cartón con la medida de la base dos centímetros mas grande que la parte de arriba de las ventanas. En este caso la base de mis triángulos es de 12cm ya que la parte de arriba de las ventanas es de 10cm. Con estos triángulos haré la tapa del farol, pego los triángulos y luego los pinto.
Cuando ya hayan secado, con pintura blanca hacemos detalles de nieve en la tapa y en la base del farol. Decoramos con una flor Navideña en la parte de Abajo, recortamos copos de nieves en papel reciclado, los pintamos de blanco y los pegamos en el tubo del farol. Y para terminar colocamos un frasquito con un pequeño velón en su interior.
We paint the tube and the squares. Now we cut out four triangles in cardboard with the size of the base two centimeters bigger than the top of the windows. In this case the base of my triangles is 12cm since the top of the windows is 10cm. With these triangles I will make the cover of the lantern, glue the triangles and then paint them.
When they have dried, with white paint we make snow details on the lid and on the base of the lantern. We decorate with a Christmas flower on the bottom, cut out snowflakes from recycled paper, paint them white and glue them on the tube of the lantern. And finally we put a small bottle with a small candle inside.
