Good afternoon, friends! I hope you are having a great week. For my part, I am happy to stop by here to share a new creation with you. This time, I am sharing with you the step-by-step instructions for creating a nice decoration idea for the light switch. This time, it was my beautiful friend @alizmarpaola who told me that she wanted me to make some giraffe-themed craft, so, obviously, I got to work creating, haha. At first I didn't really know what to make, but I came up with the idea of a light switch for the little ones' room, so here is this nice idea.

- Foami escarchado verde.

- Pinturas y marcadores.

🌟 PROCEDIMIENTO | 🌟 PROCESS
✨PASO 1:
Lo primero que debemos hacer es tomar las medidas del interruptor. En mi caso, puedo retirar la tapa y trazar la forma en el foami marrón, pero igualmente, las medidas que utilicé fueron de 11 cm x 7.5 cm y para el botón 3.3 cm x 1.6 cm. Recorté y di color a los bordes con una pintura que hiciera contraste, en este caso con pintura negra. Al estar seco, di detalles de madera con marcador negro punta fina.
✨STEP 1:
The first thing we need to do is take the measurements of the switch. In my case, I can remove the lid and trace the shape on the brown foam, but the measurements I used were 11 cm x 7.5 cm and for the button 3.3 cm x 1.6 cm. I cut out and colored the edges with a contrasting paint, in this case black paint. When it was dry, I added wooden details with a fine-tipped black marker.

✨PASO 2:
Seguidamente, comencé dibujando la jirafa en una hoja blanca y al tener un diseño que me gustara, transferí a los colores correspondientes de foami, junto con algunos diseños de flores, como explico a continuación:
🦒Para la jirafa:
✨Cabeza y orejas en foami amarillo.
✨Parte interna de las orejas y círculos de las antenas en foami marrón.
✨Parte central de la cabeza en foami crema.
🌻Para las flores:
✨Dos flores en foami amarillo.
✨Parte central en foami marrón.
✨Espiral para rosa en foami escarchado rojo.
✨Hojas en foami escarchado verde.
✨STEP 2:
Next, I started drawing the giraffe on a white sheet of paper and when I had a design that I liked, I transferred it to the corresponding colors of foam, along with some flower designs, as I explain below:
🦒For the giraffe:
✨Head and ears in yellow foam.
✨Inner part of the ears and antenna circles in brown foam.
✨Central part of the head in cream foam.
🌻For the flowers:
✨Two flowers in yellow foam.
✨Central part in brown foam.
✨Spiral for rose in red frosted foam.
✨Leaves in green frosted foam.

✨PASO 3:
Inicié dando color a los bordes de las piezas de la jirafa, utilizando pintura marrón y difuminando con ayuda de una tela de algodón. Al estar seco, di más detalles con marcador marrón a las manchitas de la cabeza y con marcador negro dibujé la boca, ojos, nariz y cejas.
✨STEP 3:
I started by coloring the edges of the giraffe pieces, using brown paint and blending with the help of a cotton cloth. When it was dry, I gave more details with a brown marker to the spots on the head and with a black marker I drew the mouth, eyes, nose and eyebrows.

✨PASO 4:
Luego de estar seco, llegó el momento de pegar todas las piezas, comenzando por la parte central de la cabeza, luego las orejas junto con la parte interna y los círculos en la parte superior de las antenas. Al estar formada la jirafa, la pegué en la parte superior de la base, junto con un lazo pequeño en la parte baja de la cabeza.
✨STEP 4:
After it was dry, it was time to glue all the pieces, starting with the central part of the head, then the ears along with the inner part and the circles on the top of the antennas. Once the giraffe was formed, I glued it on the top of the base, along with a small bow on the bottom of the head.

✨PASO 5:
Ahora, es momento de dar color a los bordes de las flores amarillas y detalles en el centro. Luego les di relieve pasándolas por la plancha y hundiéndolas en medio con la parte trasera de un pincel. Pegué los centros de las flores utilizando la misma técnica, enrollé la espiral hasta formar la rosa y pegué en la parte baja de la base, junto con las hojas en foami escarchado verde.
✨STEP 5:
Now, it's time to color the edges of the yellow flowers and details in the center. Then I gave them relief by passing them through the iron and sinking them in the middle with the back of a paintbrush. I glued the flower centers using the same technique, rolled the spiral to form the rose and glued it to the bottom of the base, along with the green frosted foam leaves.
