Hey everyone, hope all is well. A friend of mine called me to clean the windows on this house. He bought it off a foreclosure list for about $450k. The original owner started to build it back in 2007 and by 2009 the economy tanked and he ran out of money. After 2 years of fixing it up its ready to sell. Hope you enjoy the video.
