Greetings dear #HiveDiy friends. Today I bring you another craft that you are going to like, another variety and as always taking advantage of fabrics to recycle and therefore continue creating. May is the month of flowers and also the month of mothers, for this reason I want to show you how to make this beautiful pincushion so that you can give something special and made with your hands. The sunflower is my favorite flower, it attracts me a lot. I like its energy and the combination of colors that make it beautiful. The best of all is that we will only use scraps that we have from previous works. You can also make other varieties of flowers such as: daisies, roses, lilies, poppies, etc. Take advantage of the scraps of fabric you have and let's continue giving life to recycling. I hope you like it and find this new tutorial useful.

- Cut a 10 centimeter circumference out of white paper, if you want you can make it bigger, cut the petals in a triangular shape and the leaves smaller width than the petals.

- Make some hand stitches around the brown circle in order to make the cavity to start filling, the filling can be done with fabric, batting , foam rubber or cotton.
- Complete the filling and tighten the stitch and make the finishing, making it tight.
- Machine sew the leaves on the sides, leaving the straight part of the base open, this time there were 6 leaves for each sunflower.
- Flip the pieces and make a small gather at the bottom.
- Machine sew the petals in the same way as the leaves. Petals came out of each sunflower.
- Turn the pieces over and gather to close the petals.
- Begin to fix the petals with the silicone.

- We turn and fix the leaves behind the petals so that they stand out and stand out.
- Finish off and seal with a circle of green fabric and secure with silicone.
- We turned and finished our first pincushion in the shape of a sunflower, in this case I made 2 pincushions. See how pretty they look and how they fit.
We insert the needles and pins and we have something useful so that they do not get lost and at the same time we decorate our home with the flowers that we like, those small details that attract
