En mi familia acostumbramos despedir la navidad con la llegada de los reyes disfrutamos haciendo los turbantes, cada año los voy renovando y decorando con piezas de bisutería, prendas de vestir que ya no se usan, y hasta cortinas. Tratando de aprovechar lo máximo lo que tenemos sin comprar telas. Espero les guste y disfruten con mi tutorial.
Happy New Year 2023! dear friends of #HiveDiy. In my family we used to say goodbye to Christmas with the arrival of the kings. We enjoy making turbans. Every year I renovate and decorate them with pieces of jewelry, clothes that are no longer used, and even curtains. Trying to make the most of what we have without buying fabrics. - Tela amarilla para la base de los gorros, organza blanca ( una cortina), organza azúl ( cortina), tela brillante dorada ( una blusa), organza dorada (una cenefa) tela vinotinto (un top).
- Yellow fabric for the base of the hats, white organza (one curtain), blue organza (curtain), gold shiny fabric (one blouse) , golden organza (one valance) burgundy fabric (one top).

- El primer paso es cortar una circunferencia con 6 ángulos que nos de la medida del contorno de la cabeza, y transferir los patrones a la tela amarilla.
- The first step is to cut a circumference with 6 angles that gives us the measurement of the contour of the head, and transfer the patterns to the yellow fabric .
- Por cada gorro es una circunferencia y 6 ángulos.
- For each cap there is a circumference and 6 angles.
- Unir los ángulos cosiendo a máquina y unirlos al círculo central.
- Join the angles by machine stitching and join them to the center circle.
- Cerrar por completo formando el gorro que nos servirá de base.
- Close completely forming the hat that will serve as a base.
- Forré una de las bases con la tela dorada, cosiendo por el borde y fruncir cosiendo a mano para cerrar la pieza.
- I lined one of the bases with the gold fabric, sewing along the edge and gathering by hand sewing to close the piece.
- Con la organza dorada hice una trenza y la cosí a mano alrededor.
- I made a braid with the golden organza and sewed it by hand around it.
- Para el segundo; forre con la organza blanca hice el trenzado combinando dos tonos de organza entrelazando un collar de navidad morado, coloque una aplicación de lentejuelas tornasoles en la parte delantera. En la parte superior coloque una pulcera de pedrería sujetando con un moño y fijé con puntadas de hilo a mano.
- For the second; I lined with the white organza I made the braid combining two shades of organza intertwining a purple Christmas necklace, I placed an application of iridescent sequins on the front. At the top I placed a rhinestone bracelet holding with a bow and fixed with thread stitches by hand.
- Para el tercero; forre la base con la tela vinotinto, hice el trenzado en organza blanca y dorada, lo fijé alrededor cosiendo a mano, y coloqué una pieza de bisutería dorada con negro.
- For the third; I lined the base with the burgundy fabric, braided it in white and gold organza, fixed it around it by sewing by hand, and placed a piece of gold and black jewelry.
- Se aprovechan muchas piezas como prendedores, pulceras, collares. Para las tunicas de los reyes utilicé pareos y cortinas.
- Many pieces are used such as brooches, bracelets, necklaces. For the tunics of the kings I used sarongs and curtains.
