My Progress on HoloZing: 10k Staked ZING and 1.4k HP Delegated
It's been quite a while since my last post on HoloZing, but there haven't been many announcements lately, so I didn't have any particular topics to write about either.
Nonetheless, my strategy has not stopped and in these months I have kept making small progress, increasing the number of ZING I own in order to be ready when - finally - the time comes to try the game.
The goal I set at the beginning was to reach 10,000 staked ZING and, a few days ago, I managed to hit this first milestone!
Target Achieved!
I am very happy that I was able to achieve this goal before the game came out - the value of ZING is not particularly high right NOW, which makes my life easier.
In fact, the APR of my delegation keeps paying off nicely.
An APR of about 16% is still good - it is, for example, in line with the APR of @leo.voter - and it is certainly well above what I could achieve if I simply used those same HP to curate content on Hive.
My delegation therefore remained unchanged, and hence stood at 1400 delegated HP to the account @zingtoken.
Thanks to the rewards accumulated so far, I have also started climbing up the Top Contributors ranking a bit, reaching 259th position.
Over time, I hope to be able to climb more and more positions, and I admit that getting to the top200 would be a great accomplishment: considering also the investment I plan to make in purchasing a good amount of alpha Vials, the whole thing should put me in a very good position among (future) HoloZing players.
For once it would be nice to start with some advantage in a Play2Earn game, instead of always having to grind behind others!
ZING declining slightly
I conclude with some thoughts on the value of the ZING token.
Since the token has been available on Hive-Engine the market capitalization has never Fallen - if I am not mistaken - below $100,000.
This is a truly remarkable achievement and one that, from the very beginning, proves the great trust that many users put in this project.
The absence of use cases, however, is slowly leading the value of the token to drop: in this last period the value of ZING has settled at 0.002/0.003 USD and I believe that in the short term we will see it settle at 0.002 USD, unless some new announcement about the game comes out.
Personally, I am in no hurry, since, as @bencwarmer also noted a while back, the slower things are going NOW, the more time we have to set more ZING aside, but I admit that I would be curious to hear some news about the development of the game in order to keep getting insight into the project and its potential.

E' passato un bel po' di tempo dal mio ultimo post su HoloZing, ma ultimamente non ci sono stati molti annunci, per cui anch'io non avevo argomenti particolari su cui scrivere.
Nonostante ciò, la mia strategia non si è arrestata ed in questi mesi ho continuato a fare piccoli progressi, accrescendo il numero di ZING in mio possesso in modo da farmi trovare pronto quando - finalmente - arriverà il momento di provare il gioco.
L'obiettivo che mi ero prefissato all'inizio era quello di raggiungere 10.000 ZING in stake e, pochi giorni fa, sono riuscito a centrare questo primo traguardo!
Obiettivo Raggiunto!
Sono molto contento di essere riuscito a raggiungere questo obiettivo prima che il gioco sia uscito: il valore di ZING non è particolarmente alto in questo momento e ciò mi rende la vita più facile.
L'APR della mia delegazione continua infatti a darmi ottimi frutti.
Un APR del 16% circa è ancora buono - è per esempio in linea con l'APR di @leo.voter - ed è sicuramente abbondantemente superiore a quanto potrei ottenere se mi limitassi ad utilizzare quegli stessi HP per curare contenuti su Hive.
La mia delega è rimasta perciò invariata, e quindi pari a 1400 HP delegati in favore dell'account @zingtoken.
Grazie alle ricompense accumulate sino ad oggi ho ripreso anche a scalare un po' la classifica dei Top Contributors, arrivando ad occupare la 259esima posizione.
Nel tempo spero di riuscire a scalare sempre più posizioni ed ammetto che arrivare in top200 sarebbe una gran bella soddisfazione: considerato anche l'investimento che ho intenzione di fare nell'acquisto di un buon numero di Alpha Vials, il tutto mi consentirebbe di piazzarmi in un'ottima posizione tra i (futuri) giocatori di HoloZing.
Per una volta sarebbe bello partire con qualche vantaggio in un gioco play2earn, invece che dover sempre arrancare dietro gli altri!
ZING in leggero calo
Concludo con qualche considerazione sul valore del token ZING.
Da quando il token è disponibile su Hive-Engine la capitalizzazione di mercato non è mai scesa - se non sbaglio - sotto i 100.000 dollari.
Un risultato davvero notevole e che, sin dall'inizio, dimostra la grande fiducia che molti utenti ripongono in questo progetto.
L'assenza di casi d'uso, tuttavia, sta lentamente portando il valore del token a calare: in quest'ultimo periodo il valore di ZING si è assestato su 0.002/0.003 USD e credo che nel breve periodo lo vedremo arrivare a stabilizzarsi sui 0.002 USD, a meno che non esca qualche nuovo annuncio sul gioco.
Personalmente non ho fretta, dato che, come notava tempo fa anche @bencwarmer, più le cose adesso vanno a rilento, più tempo abbiamo per mettere da parte ZING, ma ammetto che sarei curioso di conoscere qualche novità sullo sviluppo del gioco per continuare a farmi un'idea del progetto e delle sue potenzialità.
