Hello trainers!

Since I've been a bit more active with Holozing's lore and the entire story behind it, I've gotten some pretty interesting feedback, but overall I'm really enjoying this exercise in a field where, while there are some main guidelines, I think most of the world's history and characters are pretty loose.

Thanks to @akijirokoma for the comment!

It's true that from the beginning the developers laid out some guidelines for the story of Holozing, implying that everything that happened in the game was part of a simulation using the HoloLens that allowed you to enter this world and somehow interact with the creatures.

I certainly find that approach very interesting, and I even wrote a few stories related to that premise. I even created a fairly extensive lore for the creatures and used that idea to inspire my story.

I think it's still interesting, however, it was difficult for me to imagine a relevant story, with tension and real danger situations for our protagonists if in the We had the context that everything was a virtual world from which you could leave at any time.

So I decided to give it a slightly more realistic twist.

The Elemental Islands

The entire concept of the world where the Holo creatures live was based primarily on the fact that we lived in a virtual world, on a handful of islands where various types of these creatures coexisted.

And a separate space for humans, let's call it the safe zone, where that entire ecosystem of 1v1 fights or the "playable" part of the simulation existed, where all the people lived and trade

My Changes

I think going from a simulation to a living world where actions have more consequences has a bit more flavor when it comes to raising expectations and giving the world a bit more color. This may also be a prequel to the simulated world originally proposed in the original plot.

A Little More About the Creatures

Although in the last post I gave a fairly broad overview of what my world in Holozing would be like, I did leave some things up in the air. We talked about evolutions and creature types. What's here, but not their background or how they got there in the first place.

Origin TBC...

And the truth is, I'm not entirely clear on how I want to present these creatures in this world either. I've been considering the possibility of aliens coming to this world to plant this seed (and that would help explain the SENTIENT creatures), but I don't have much detail on this yet, and I don't know if I will in the future.

My focus is now In the story of the two main characters, JACEN and SABRINA (with one more pending and on the way), their experiences in this unknown world and their journey back to the human camp as they learn more about this world of creatures.

I think that will be the focus of this and other posts, breaking down what the humans learn as they progress and, in a way, putting them in tense situations whenever possible to show that these creatures, while some are neutral, most see humans as threats that want to control everything.

That's where I think the goal of my fanlore lies: explaining that gray area between humans and holo creatures. creatures, how viable their bonds are and what are the challenges and prejudices that can occur, if you like this premise in my next posts I will talk exactly about that

Thank you for taking my comment into consideration.

(At the moment, I still have a language barrier, but I am trying to improve my English.)
I'm trying...
If you speak Spanish or Italian, we can chat better.

Now, I understand the gaps left by the official lore, as there is a need to create something to fight against, something that poses a real danger.

I can think of several solutions, but I would like to develop them in a coherent way.

So wait for my post on the Holozing fan lore.
I join your cause, let's create something interesting, my friend.
