Here comes my seventh — and slightly delayed — entry for the Holozing art event: Zingtober 2025.🎨

The prompt for the 24th was ROWDY.
For this one, I chose the creatures Zingu and Zinguini.
I found a very cool piece of fan art here:

I really liked that one and used it as inspiration. I hope that’s okay.
I wanted to paint all my pieces in the same style. My original idea was to do them in black and white with an accent color that fits the respective creature.
However, since the event is supposed to be monochrome, my final piece is fully black and white.
I still post my original version alongside it anyway. 🙂
My two variants:
• black and white only
• with an additional accent color
I try to keep all my drawings in the same style so they will fit together nicely as a full grid later.
Of course, I redesign the creature completely each time and also adjust small details in the background.
For this one, I chose blue as the accent color to match the creatures.
Here are some of my work-in-progress steps as proof that I drew this myself (so it’s not an AI image).

Für dieses Bild habe ich die Kreaturen Zingu und Zinguini ausgewählt.

Ich fand es richtig inspirierend und habe es als Vorlage genutzt — ich hoffe, das ist okay. 😊
Ursprünglich wollte ich alle meine Bilder in Schwarz-Weiß mit einer Akzentfarbe gestalten,
damit sie optisch gut zusammenpassen.
Da das Event jedoch monochrom bleiben soll, ist meine finale Version komplett Schwarz-Weiß.
Ich zeige aber trotzdem meine ursprüngliche Version mit Farbe dazu. 🙂
Meine zwei Varianten:
• komplett Schwarz-Weiß
• mit einer Akzentfarbe
Ich versuche, alle Zeichnungen im gleichen Stil zu halten,
damit sie später als großes Grid super zusammenpassen.
Natürlich gestalte ich die Kreatur jedes Mal komplett neu
und ändere auch kleine Details im Hintergrund.
Für dieses Motiv habe ich Blau als Akzentfarbe gewählt — passend zur Kreatur. 🌀
