Healer Fanart — Anton (HoloZing)

Greetings, Holozing community!
This time I came to make a fan art of a light-type healer who’s a bit different from the others. His name is Anton, and he owns a capture revolver similar to the others, only this one has a more... "luxurious" design. Anton is a rich kid who likes rich-people stuff. He has a ring, a leather jacket, and he likes clothes that look like they were bought at a regular store but are actually from luxury brands.
His T-shirt features the Holozing logo, and he wears a necklace with the corresponding element symbol. He's a bit egocentric, but all in all he's a good person. It’s my first Holozing fan art, so I hope you like it and that it meets as many standards as possible, haha.
Step-by-step
Step 1. The sketch.
The sketch.

Step 2. The base colors.
You’ll notice that the revolver is a somewhat dark color... I have a habit of starting to draw gold or shiny things from the darkest areas. Later on, you’ll see it doesn’t look so bad. Also, it doesn’t have that many details, and that’s because, in my opinion, the smaller things never deserve a sketch—or rather, it’s not efficient.

Step 3.
As you can see, adding it afterward is much more visually appealing and straightforward.

Step 4.
And finally we add the shadows. I forgot to add some highlights to the jacket. The thing is, now the depth is a bit more noticeable. You’ll notice that I barely touched the revolver, and that’s because it already has shadows built in. Here there isn’t as much nuance between base color, light, and shadow. Or at least not for golden things.

Step 5 (final).
I add a simple sky background to contrast with the character, along with many more highlights, as well as some subtle details like slightly retouching the edges and adding a bit more texture to the pants.

Now, thank you very much for reading. I really enjoy designing characters, but... it’s a pretty exhausting activity. Over time, I feel like I’ll get better, and I’ll set out to design more characters for HoloZing, but this is the one I have for now.
The software I used to draw this character is Krita.
See you!
