Hello dear Community! I'm here again :) sharing with you another digital painting about the protagonists of Holozing in a city of my country, Cuba 🇨🇺 .
Digital art has become my passion, which I discovered through my participation in the previous contest of Holozing.
It was the admiration of this project that fueled my desire to try my hand at digital drawings and you see 😊 here I am again, attracted by painting and by the characters of this game which are my inspiration.
¡Holaaa querida Comunidad! Estoy de nuevo por acá :) compartiendo con ustedes otra pintura digital a cerca de los protagonistas de Holozing en una ciudad de mi país, Cuba 🇨🇺 .
El arte digital se ha convertido en mi pasión, la cual descubrí a través de mi participación en el anterior concurso de Holozing.
La admiración de este proyecto fue la que impulsó mis deseos de probarme en los dibujos digitales y ya ven 😊 aquí estoy de nuevo, atraído por la pintura y por los personajes de este juego los cuales son mi inspiración.
In the drawing I create a very Havana atmosphere, surrounded by houses built preserving the Spanish colonial architecture mainly, which distinguishes my country respecting that beautiful culture, where the protagonists enjoy the popular game called "Domino", well known as a pastime for many inhabitants of the archipelago, also very played in celebrations and also known in several countries of the world.
This game is mainly enjoyed in pairs and in this case I joined Water Whale with Fire Fox versus Grass Racoon and Electric Rabbit.

En el dibujo cree un ambiente bien habanero, rodeado de casas construidas conservando la arquitectura colonial española principalmente, que tanto distingue a mi país respetando esa hermosa cultura, donde los protagonistas disfrutan del popular juego llamado "Dominó", muy conocido como pasatiempo para muchos habitantes del archipiélago, además muy jugado en celebraciones y también conocido en varios países del mundo.
Este juego se disfruta principalmente en pareja y en este caso uní a Water Whale con Fire Fox versus Grass Racoon y Electric Rabbit.

First, on my Galaxy Tab, I was designing a sketch to guide me. Using brushes with different thicknesses and contrasts in addition to several layers of the application called ibisPaint, which I continue to learn little by little because as I said, I discovered my love for digital art thanks to Holozing. It just goes to show what great projects can achieve in people directly and indirectly. 🫶
Primeramente, en mi Galaxy Tab, fui diseñando un boceto para irme guiando. Utilizando pinceles con distintos grosores y contrastes además de varias capas de la aplicación llamada ibisPaint, la cual sigo aprendiendo poco a poco porque como decía, descubrí mi amor por el arte digital gracias a Holozing. Esto demuestra lo que grandes proyectos pueden lograr en las personas directa e indirectamente. 🫶
Then I drew each character step by step, and overlapping layers to get the best version.
Luego fui dibujando cada personaje paso a paso, y superponiendo capas para quedarme con la mejor versión.
The next step was to add color to the protagonists, to continue with the contrasts of light and shadows.
Le siguió ponerle color a los protagonistas, para continuar con los contrastes de luz y sombras.
I continued to enjoy seeing that I was already getting the result I expected and now it was my turn to create the atmosphere of a Cuban city. It was then that I was designing the sketch and pretending to be an architect 👷♂️ to make it look nice my favorite characters in my Caribbean city.
Yo seguía disfrutando viendo que ya estaba consiguiendo el resultado que esperaba y ahora tocaba el turno de crear el ambiente de una ciudad cubana. Fue entonces que fui diseñando el boceto y haciéndome pasar por arquitecto 👷♂️ para que se viera bien bonito mis personajes favoritos en mi ciudad caribeña.

I really liked how Water Whale, Fire Fox, Grass Racoon and Electric Rabbit looked during their stay in my country. 🛬
Although Holozing was already in Cuba for a long time. This is shown by the statistics of the project in which hundreds of Cubans (613) are supporting them with our HP delegation, accumulating Zing tokens, contributing value and interacting in the community.
