Hello @holozing community, I wish you are having a Merry Christmas and next year will bring you joy and happiness, it is a pleasure to greet you and share my first fan Art inspired by the Water Whale, also my delegation of 100 HP to support this project that promises fun and entertainment to game lovers, I have high expectations about the game that will be released next year and reminded me of the Pokemon games; the figure I made is a mix of Squirtle (a water type pokemon) and the Water Whale of @holozing.
Hola comunidad @holozing, deseo que estén pasando una feliz navidad y el próximo año les traiga dicha y felicidad, es un placer saludarles y compartir mi primer fan Art inspirado en la Ballena de agua, además mi delegación de 100 HP para apoyar este proyecto que promete diversión y entretenimiento a los amantes de los juegos, tengo muchas expectativas sobre el juego que será lanzado el próximo año y me recordó a los juegos de Pokemón; la figura que elaboré es una mezcla de Squirtle (un pokemón tipo agua) y la Ballena de agua de @holozing
The design of the whale is simple but at the same time enigmatic, the eye seems to be sharp watching its surroundings and be on the lookout for any attack, also the marine world is so wide and diverse that we can find what we least imagine at the bottom of the ocean; the sculpture of the Whale is made with flexible dough, a very practical material to mold.
El diseño de la ballena es sencillo pero a la vez enigmático, el ojo parece estar aguzado vigilando su entorno y estar al pendiente de cualquier ataque, además el mundo marino es tan amplio y diverso que podemos encontrar lo que menos imaginamos en el fondo del océano; la escultura de la Ballena está hecha con masa flexible, un material muy práctico para moldear.
I used the following materials:
Flexible dough
Stakes
Cold paint (in a variety of colors)
Glue.
Usé los siguientes materiales:
Masa flexible
Estecas
Pintura al frío (en variados colores)
Pegamento.
I added paint to the flexible dough and mixed until I got the desired colors, then I molded the body of the whale and the tail; the next thing I did were the fins and the abdomen.
Agregué pintura a la masa flexible y mezclé hasta obtener los colores deseados, luego moldeé el cuerpo de la ballena y la cola; lo siguiente que hice fueron las aletas y el abdomen.
As I progressed in the molding, it occurred to me to add a kind of carapace on the back of the whale, for this I molded several rectangles in brown and glued them in the center of the upper part of the body, I also added some small brown fins.
A medida que avanzaba en el moldeado se me ocurrió agregar una especie de caparazón en el lomo de la ballena, para ello moldeé varios rectángulos en color marrón y los pegué en el centro de la parte superior del cuerpo, añadí también unas pequeñas aletas de color marrón.
Finally I made the eyes and the horn of the whale, added glue and let it dry for two days for the dough to compact and the pieces to stick completely, that's what I like about this material that can last for many years, as long as you let it dry for the right amount of time.
Finalmente hice los ojos y el cuerno de la ballena, agregué pegamento y dejé secar durante dos días para que la masa compacte y las piezas peguen completamente, es lo que me gusta de este material que puede durar muchos años, siempre que se deja secar el tiempo adecuado.
