Nah it's the face, hairstyle, clothes, accessories etc. that's Deku alright. Pretty sure if I run a reverse image search Google will recognise it as deku.

Perhaps that was her reference photo, only that if she wanted to make an ocean healer out of Deku photo, there should have been a few tweaks to make the art appear a little different from Deku
Yeah I consider that as low effort even though the art is good. I keep telling people who post in here to make art in a way that it somehow gets connected to holozing universe through accessories, suits etc.
