En esta ocasión les comparto el paso a paso para elaborar un lindo organizador de escritorio con temática otoñal, inspirado en Miu Miu. Siempre me ha encantado esta estación del año que lastimosamente no tenemos en mi país, pero que sin duda disfruto ese hermoso paisaje al menos en fotografías, pues amo el color de las hojas, las calabazas y todo lo que tenga que ver. Así que como nunca había elaborado a alguno de los personajes o criaturas con esta temática, pensé que esta decoración quedaría muy linda con Miu Miu.

This time, I'm sharing the step-by-step instructions for making a cute autumn-themed desk organizer, inspired by Miu Miu. I've always loved this season, which unfortunately isn't available in my country, but I definitely enjoy the beautiful scenery, at least in photographs, because I love the color of the leaves, the pumpkins, and everything related. So, since I've never made any of the characters or creatures with this theme, I thought this decoration would look really cute with Miu Miu.

✨ PROCEDIMIENTO | ✨ PROCESS

✨ PASO 1:

Lo primero que hice fue tomar la hoja blanca y dibujar el diseño que quería esta vez para Miu Miu con las decoraciones extras. Esta vez quería un diseño de él sentado, que se viera contento y, como detalles extras y siguiendo la temática, quise agregar una calabaza y una hojita otoñal, que llevaría sobre la cabeza. Al tener el diseño listo, es momento de transferir a los colores correspondientes de foami, como explico a continuación:

✨Cabeza y orejas: 6.7 cm x 4 cm en foami gris.
✨Parte baja de la cara: 4 cm x 1.5 cm en foami blanco.
✨Pelaje del pecho: 3 cm x 2 cm en foami blanco.
✨Cuerpo y patas: 3 cm x 4 cm en foami gris.
✨Cola: 3 cm x 1.3 cm en foami gris.
✨Punta de la cola: 2 cm x 1.3 cm en foami blanco.
✨Calabaza: 4 cm x 3 cm en foami naranja.
✨Hoja: 2 cm en foami verde.
✨Hoja: 2 cm en foami naranja.

✨ STEP 1:

The first thing I did was take the white sheet of paper and draw the design I wanted for Miu Miu this time, along with the extra decorations. This time I wanted a design of him sitting down, looking happy, and, as extra details and in keeping with the theme, I wanted to add a pumpkin and an autumn leaf, which he would wear on his head. Once I had the design ready, it was time to transfer it to the corresponding colors of foam, as explained below:

✨Head and ears: 6.7 cm x 4 cm in gray foam.
✨Lower face: 4 cm x 1.5 cm in white foam.
✨Chest fur: 3 cm x 2 cm in white foam.
✨Body and legs: 3 cm x 4 cm in gray foam.
✨Tail: 3 cm x 1.3 cm in gray foam.
✨Tail tip: 2 cm x 1.3 cm in white foam.
✨Pumpkin: 4 cm x 3 cm in orange foam.
✨Leaf: 2 cm in green foam.
✨Leaf: 2 cm in orange foam.

✨ PASO 2:

Al tener listas las piezas, es momento de dar color a los bordes, con pinturas o marcadores que hagan contraste o que sean un tono más oscuro que el color de cada una de las piezas. Para las piezas en color gris utilicé un tono negro; para las piezas en color naranja utilicé un tono marrón; para la hoja, un tono más oscuro. Al estar secas las piezas, es momento de dar detalles más específicos como rostro, orejas, patas, definir el pelaje, las ramas y la calabaza.

✨ STEP 2:

Once the pieces are ready, it's time to color the edges with paints or markers that contrast or are a darker shade than the color of each piece. For the gray pieces, I used black; for the orange pieces, I used brown; for the leaf, a darker shade. Once the pieces are dry, it's time to add more specific details like the face, ears, legs, and fur, the branches, and the pumpkin.

✨ PASO 3:

Lo primero que hice fue tomar la caja para la base del organizador, que en este caso tomé una caja de bombillo de 12 cm de largo y 6 cm de ancho, la cual corté unos 2 cm de largo para dejarla a 10 cm. Además, le recorté la tapa superior, junto con las pestañas.

✨ STEP 3:

The first thing I did was take the box for the base of the organizer. In this case, I took a light bulb box 12 cm long and 6 cm wide, which I cut about 2 cm long to leave it at 10 cm. I also cut the top lid, along with the tabs.

✨ PASO 4:

Seguidamente, tomé la tela con el diseño que me parecía que combinaba a la perfección, pues tenía unas mini cerezas en color crema y un fondo entre naranja y rojizo muy lindo. Así que recorté un trozo de tela 1 cm más grande de ancho y largo que la base del organizador, pegué a la caja para forrar y el excedente de la parte superior lo pegué en el interior de la caja.

✨ STEP 4:

Next, I took the fabric with the design that I thought would go perfectly, as it had mini cream-colored cherries and a very pretty orange-reddish background. So I cut a piece of fabric 1 cm wider and longer than the base of the organizer, glued it to the box for lining, and glued the excess from the top to the inside of the box.

✨ PASO 5:

Para finalizar, pegué todo el cuerpo de Miu Miu, pegué sobre una de las paredes del organizador, junto con la hoja otoñal en la cabeza y, seguidamente, pegué justo al lado de Miu Miu la calabaza. Al estar listo, es momento de organizar nuestros marcadores o lo que deseemos.

✨ STEP 5:

To finish, I glued Miu Miu's entire body, glued it to one of the walls of the organizer, along with the autumn leaf on her head, and then glued the pumpkin right next to Miu Miu. Once that's done, it's time to organize our markers or whatever we want.
