Good night or good morning everyone, hope u all doing great.
Last week was kinda crazy but fun as hell, because I finally did my first Blaze stream after getting verified. I was working on this new fanart of the Light Healer for Holozing, and even though everything was a total mess, it ended up being super memorable. It was my first time using OBS and I literally had to learn it while streaming, with mistakes, random interruptions, and an internet connection that decided to mess with me the whole day.
Still, I had a great time, and today I finally finished the drawing after a few mini heart attacks hahaahhhh

When I started the stream I was already a bit nervous, not because it was my first time streaming (although well yess my first time in Blaze, but because it was my first time using OBS and I barely knew anything about it. I had to figure everything out while I was live omggggg fixing the screen, checking the audio, setting up scenes… basically everything was a live experiment. But somehow the basics worked, and I kept making progress on the Light Healer

And ofc the internet wanted to do its own little show. It went down a couple of times and cut the stream out of nowhere. The whole afternoon it was super unstable, so I ended up spending way more time than I wanted just trying to reconnect and keep the stream alive. tbh it was stressful in the moment, but now it kinda makes me laugh because it literally felt like a patience test haha.

Despite all those issues, the stream ended up being super nice. There were a bunch of people connected: friends from Discord, Twitter, and a few new people who just popped in out of curiosity. The interaction was really good, and the vibe felt super warm, like everyone was kinda hanging out with me during this impromptu marathon while I was finishing up details on the fanart.
After that day, I barely did any drawing over the weekend. I felt like I needed to get a better grip on OBS so I wouldn’t make the same mistakes again, so I spent a few days watching little tutorials, tweaking the audio, setting up the mic, and even trying out different scenes. It was all super new to me, but tbh it was kinda fun learning the basics bit by bit.

I also took that time to do a bit of PC maintenance, and honestly, idk if it was my smartest move. Since then, the computer’s been acting kinda weird, and at times it feels like it regrets letting me touch it haha. It’s given me a few mini heart attacks, especially ‘cause I really don’t wanna lose anything...

Yesterday I decided to get back to the drawing. The Light Healer was already pretty far along from the stream, but that day I was super sleepy and left a few details for later ----- like the face, which still wasn’t done. Funny thing is, taking that break actually helped a lot: when I came back to the file, my mind felt way clearer and I could see stuff I wanted to improve, so I made some important tweaks with way more focus.

But, just when I was really getting into it, the PC hit me with a blue screen. tbh, I thought I’d lost everything. I froze for a sec ‘cause the first thing I thought was, “please don’t let the face be ruined,” since that was the part I loved the most. And ofc I was lowkey freaked out about my PC too, ‘cause blue screens are kinda the worst nightmare haha. Sure enough, I lost part of the process and the video I was recording got messed up too, so yeah… that moment was a total disaster.
I had to uninstall and reinstall some things. It didn't give me any more errors, and I hope I don't see that blue screen again.

Finally, I managed to record a new video while getting back into the process, and from that I grabbed a bunch of screenshots to show the step-by-step. Despite all the chaos, the stream cuts, the internet dropping, and the blue screen, I actually ended up enjoying the whole ride. So after some forced learning, patience, and a few nervous laughs, here it is: my new fanart for Holozing of the Light Healer, made with adrenaline, tech struggles, and a whole lot of motivation to keep improving.

Thank you very much for taking the time to view my work.
Oh, and one more thing before I wrap up...

A while ago I was looking for this little shark you see down here 🦈. It’s really special to me. I won it a long time ago here, n it was done by a person many years ago but also I consider a GREAT GREAT GREAT FRIEND now n who does amazing work , very talented🤗.
I thought I had lost it , I was very sad… but noooo! I got it back! Yes ! He found n sent it to me again, and I’m so happy to have it with me once more.
So from now on, this shark will be keeping me company 💙
