Zingtober Day #1 Mustache 〰

First, I used ChatGPT to generate a sketchbook image since I didn’t have one on hand and wanted all the drawings to have this setup. But then I had to lower the saturation of the page because ChatGPT has this habit of making everything yellow—and it was really bothering me to draw on a yellowish background. Then, I moved on to sketching the idea using Ibis Paint. Like I mentioned in the Arachlet post, this software lets me show you a speedpaint of the sketch without lagging my PC. Here, you can see how I start from a rough idea quickly put down and then refine it layer by layer...

HOLOZING FOREST HEALER 🍀 : FANART

First I used a 2B pencil for sketching on a jota to help design also give me a clear idea of how I want the drawing to look like before sketching it out it helps in figure, designs and pose of the character. I used to be pencil for the sketch. Second, I use black ball pen to draw the line art of the sketch highlighting the form making the drawing look clear. Third I said applying colors to the drawing using pencil colors building up the color process step by step from skin tone to shadows...

Mustache, forest healer. Zingtober. Holozing.

I sketch the structure, outline and shape of each creature or healer. To execute it, for the most part, I start by making some geometrical figures, and from there, I give body and shape to each creation. I continued applying various shades of green, because as the forest healer is, I wanted to try a new style...

Zingtober] 1/ Mustache

This is the first day of Zingtober and I decided to participate in this event. Last year I couldn’t participate each day, I hope I come up with creative ideas this year. ^^ For day one, We are to draw something with mustache so I decided to draw Wrackoo with a cool mustache. To make Wrackoo look more cool I drew new things for him like hat, belt and boots. Then I thought of drawing a cigar for him. He turned out to look bad-tempered so then i thought of an ideas and went on drawing fances in the back with “No Smoking” signs. Like he is a delinquent and doesn’t obey any rules...

ZINGTOBER 01 - MUSTACHE Typography with ERMO

As usual, I started by sketching out some guide lines as the base. Then, I used CorelDraw 2018’s Effects > Envelope feature to shape the text exactly the way I wanted. The first word I transformed into feather-like shapes around Ermo’s neck. Using the same technique, I kept arranging the words to follow the outlines I had prepared earlier. To make it easier, I gave each word a different color so I could identify and adjust them more quickly...

Zingtober] Day 1 - Mustache

I began this artwork with a sketch, laying down the proportions and overall stance of Wrackoo. This stage is where the character begins to take shape, and I focused on capturing his proud posture and distinctive facial hair. Once the sketch felt solid, I moved on to the lineart. Clean, defined lines helped bring clarity and structure to the drawing. This is always one of my favorite parts, because it transforms a rough idea into something more concrete and ready for the next stage. The coloring stage was very enjoyable. Even though this artwork is monochromatic, I still played with different shades of gray to give depth and contrast. Each section of his suit and fur required a careful balance so...

Day 1 of [Zingtober]: Mustache

First, I sketch the outline on the sheet of paper with a 4H pencil. I use this type of pencil because it's easier to erase in case of any mistakes. I always like to start by drawing basic shapes, as it helps me get the proportions right for when I start painting. For a beginner, I think it turned out quite well on the first try. After the main sketch I made an outline with the fine black drawing pen and then erased the pencil ones made in the first step, so that it would not interfere with the markers, a little complex work because it had several curious details. Besides being a black and white design, I used the dark Prismacolor to give shade and a better view to the illustration...

Forest Healer

To start with, I made some pretty crazy sketches, mainly to position the character and get a general idea of the composition. I wasn't looking for detail at that point, just a basic guide to build on. Then I worked in greyscale until I achieved a more solid structure, which allowed me to move on to colour without any problems. I always enjoy that moment because it's when the character starts to 'take shape' and you really feel your initial idea coming to life. When I moved on to colour, I focused on shades that conveyed the essence of the character and the forest setting: deep greens, golds, and a few touches of soft light. I wanted the energy of the forest around her to be felt...
