For the Zingtober day 16 prompt “Blunder” I had this idea of drawing the cute Glimmo as he is wandering in forest hoping to find some purple gems somewhere but unfortunately he finds these black bombs and gets so excited about it and starts playing with them but he doesn’t know what comes next because he hasn’t seen something like this before. I was planning to put a few cards on the table, but it feels like he's playing instead of selling, so I added a lot more envelopes and some money to the sketch. I also added one of the latest proposals for physical cards that I made, among other details... well, take a closer look at the money, haha, reference to HBD. I began with a loose sketch, focusing mainly on capturing the expression — the glaring eyes and furious posture were essential. Keeping the composition clean was important since the story needed to read instantly even without color. Then I refined the lineart, defining each dripping strand of fur with intention. I wanted the texture to feel heavy and soaked — almost as if her fluff had temporarily given up. Every contour reinforced attitude and movement...

Today's Zingtober theme was Ornate, and I'm not gonna lie, not too many other meanings pop into my mind when I think about the meaning of this one... So I went with the original meaning, and to portray that, I took the Holiest character you could find in the game, and I gave their clothes some Ornate designs, and yes, the character in question is the Light Healer, since, well, Holy and Light are often associated...

I decided to draw Ocean Healer in their role as a scientific researcher—specifically in a chemistry lab. But what happened? A small explosion occurred! They made a mistake by mixing two substances, and the reaction caused a little whistle followed by a puff of smoke that filled the lab. I think our Ocean Healer should follow lab safety instructions more carefully to avoid these kinds of accidents...

For Day 18, we have the prompt "deal". It is easier this time compared to the word "blunder". 😆 The word for me means to have an agreement or something. That was the first scenario that came to mind, but there's a lot more meaning to it. Light Healer and Ocean Healer are making a deal. Hmm, what could it be? 😁 A formal one indeed! This character is very cute and easy to draw. It's like a comic-style canary, haha. For the line art, I used a brush called “froggy,” which I use for chibi characters to give them strong, dark, thick lines. We apply base tones simulating a snowstorm in the background and a ground covered in snow. These types of lines allow us to add the fill much faster, well, relatively faster. Using a particle brush, add falling snow. With this ready, we can give depth to the character. Since it is only grayscale, there is not much mystery to it...

It's another day and I'm sharing my painting for the zingtober challenge and the prompt for today is ARCTIC. Today I drew Fal trying to enjoy the view from the snow. He found something that looks like an old metal plate with some chains holding it up like a swing and decided it would make the perfect object to stand on so instead of running for cover, he comfortably stood on it. The snow kept falling, but Fal just stood there enjoying the view in the cold...
