I drew the templates almost identically in every aspect, including the head, torso, arms, legs, and tail. However, I altered the head slightly to make it thinner at the top, and also the mouth to make it sharper. Other details I drew separately were the small dragon wings, the horns, and the eyes. I made the eyes from tin cans because I don't like how they look when I paint them directly onto the can. I also used cans of different colors, such as dark, almost purple red, Coca-Cola red, and orange, since Emberion has contrasting colors...

I started by making a sketch, structuring the original character as much as possible to my version. I also used a reference I found on the internet of a boy, and rather than taking it as inspiration, I liked the pose he was in. Once I had the sketch well structured, I cleaned it up a bit with a kneaded eraser to remove the excess graphite and get it ready for painting. Basically, I took the paint and a brush and started adding shadows to the drawing...

Yooo, my sketch was a wack, haha! I just drew some "guide" lines because I want to focus on the line art itself. I had a hard time with the angle of this holomon because of the legs. 😄 The base color was pink vs purple on the original art coz it will be shaded later on. I just used an airbrush for the shading...

Here I am, wrapping up Friday #hive with a new fanart for the community. This time I chose the lovely #ForestHealer and transported her to the Adventure Time universe, giving her a daredevil and heroic touch in the style of this cartoon, which is one of my favorites. And as always, I'll show you how I made it...

This is more than fan art; it's a creature proposal. It occurred to me a few days ago when I drew Glimmo with a very bright gem, and I thought that if I changed the colour of the gem, it would change things about Glimmo. But what if there was a base creature for Infurno, one that had approached the water and evolved from there? It would definitely be great...

Today I decided to draw Xolobis from Holozing. I have drawn little Xolo weeks ago but haven’t drawn Xolobis before. I painted the human version of Xolobis long time when I used to turn the holomons into human beings. So for this holomon I decided to paint a close portrait like he is looking at us and all those beautiful golden marks are noticeable. I especially worked on those golden marks because I think that what makes him look unique. As for the background, I usually try painting with a soft brush, but this time I wanted the painting look more like a painting so I used a brush which is named “old brush” to paint the...

After the Light Healer as Dracula the other time, I was so tempted to draw the female Light Healer as a vampire too, and that's what I did this time. I tried to follow somewhat the same principles as I did for Dracula, but I also changed some parts here and there to make her unique in her own way as well...

My initial idea was an aerial view of Panyang wholeheartedly celebrating his victory, but little by little I changed the pose because I didn't like it much anymore, so I molded it slowly until I achieved the final pose. I resorted to my favorite drawing tactic, which is to first fill each element with a vibrant color because, despite being just one main character, I subdivided it into several sections so I could work comfortably. In that way, I detailed it in shades of gray as the sketch lines gradually disappeared, and I was certainly able to...

There's not much to say, a new creature and I loved it. I thought the design was great, strong, bold, a little similar to others we know, but very well done. I'm liking the Asian theme that the latest creatures have, closely related to Buddhism. For this creature, I made a simple sketch and then outlined and colored it directly with the final color. I gave it some different tones from the original, but I think they were necessary. I like how it turned out and turning it into a card...

So my first project after placing my hands on my new baby (hehehe) is Cinella fanart. Hold on, it's not that I'm obsessed with cinella fanart lol, I just always like kick-starting with it since it was one of my first holozing 3D fanart I worked with, so this helps me track my improvement from comparing the previous ones I did with a different software and gadget ;) This is my third cinella 3D model and I'm happy to see this progress in my work. You can check out the previous one here. I've learnt better how to transform and sculpt a desired...
