Let me understand this straight. She is unfit to stand trial and the Institute of Mental Health diagnosed her with Schizoaffective Disorder. So she has a combination of schizophrenia, hallucinations or delusions with mood disorder symptoms including but not limited to depression or Mania, which is an excitement manifested by mental and physical hyperactivity, disorganization of behavior and elevation of mood. And she went through trial and found guilty and sentence to death.
