Hello Hivers,
Once upon a time there was a wonderful quiet morning at the Foggensee in Bavaria / Germany.
Two vacationers, a woman and a man were relaxing over a cup of coffee at the banks when they suddenly saw a lindworm on the opposite bank of the lake. A lindworm made entirely of clouds. And he seemed to be slowly passing a sleeping giant, as if he didn't want to wake him up, this giant lying in the mountains.
The Lindworm moved on over the hills and was never seen again. But the giant is still sleeping there today.
Maybe one day, the lindworm comes back and wakes up the giant. But this is another story.

I took this photo during a trip through Bavaria at the Foggensee. It was near Castle Neu-Schwanstein.
No filter was applied to the photo and it was not edited. Unfortunately, it was taken with the smartphone.

*a folklore also named a woman who lived on a hut in a mountain as "Maria Makiling" or "Princess of Makiling", some says the Mr. Makiling looks like a sleeping woman.

Interessting... I immediately recognized the shape of a lying woman when I looked at a photo of Mount Makiling. :-)

Oh, unfortunately, that's a little misunderstanding. It's all just fantasy.. :-)
However, such a story would not be unusual in Germany. Almost every mountain has a ghost, a giant or a lindworm. There are so many stories that I can't even know them all.
But I was inspired by the stories I know for writing my post.
