Hey there. I'm a fan of web3 games that have quite a bit of polish. Both of what I'm playing right now are very Alpha and work in progress but the communities and developers are great. For the first, I've been tasked with breaking the game and their servers in order to help them make them better, but my opinions are completely my own. This post also includes referral links to both games.
Aurory: Seekers of Tokane

This game is built on the Solana / Arbitrum networks and currently runs on iOS, iPadOS, Android and Windows PCs.
What I'm enjoying so far:
- There's no buy in to play, just play and earn like a normal game
- The team is very responsive to player feedback (and any questions I've had during my tests)
- The game combat is simple but approachable and feels like a rhythm game once you get into the flow
What I'm thinking needs improvement:
- The general customization is fairly lacking
- PVP and PVE play are fully integrated with each other
- Combat and minigames could get boring quickly for some audiences (again, it's very Alpha)
Kuroro Wilds (Beast Branch)

This game is purely web based and built on the Ronin / Ethereum networks; playing on mobile devices breaks the input and is not recommended. They also recommend playing only on Chrome based browsers. Firefox and Safari have complications on some systems.
What I'm enjoying so far:
- The monster designs are charming; due to being full pixel art, the animations for everything are full of detail and can do many things that 3D games (such as Aurory) cannot without quite a bit of extra effort
- Much of the game is menu driven with a clean, easy to read interface allowing for new players to pick it up and play quickly
- No buyin is needed to start
- The support is excellent when issues arrive
What I'm thinking needs improvement
- The loading bugs (including major black screens) are abundant
- The recent increase in players has taxed the servers substantially, so disconnects are not uncommon
- The gameplay and visual polish are overall better than Aurory's (in my personal opinion) but lack of mobile support makes it not as appealing for the type of game it is
Thank you for reading and have a wonderful day.

That's some good insight and review, although I wanted to ask if you earn any real cryptocurrency that you can trade out of them?
Thanks for the question. I'm still figuring out how all of that works for both of them. They are both very early versions, so much of that seems currently in flux.
For Aurory, it seems that PVP is where you earn real crypto that can be traded while you earn ingame currency for cosmetics and upgrades to your Nefties from solo play.
For Kuroro Wilds, I'm still not completely sure how that works.
They both have Discords and I'm fairly active in both of them but still definitely a newer player.
