Hello to all my salt shakers and cactuses! I know I've been quiet for a while, but I have been working hard to find some new games for you all to play that aren't too time-consuming and are actually fun to play.
One of the games I found is an amazing First Person Shooter game called Crypto Shots. If you haven't heard of the game before you better start playing quickly because this one is so much fun, gets your blood pumping, and has two tournaments a week with amazing prize pools for you all to play!
I have been having so much fun playing I asked if I could do a PvP tournament and have been given the go-ahead! On Thursday 7 September at 9 pm UTC+1 I will be hosting my own Crypto Shots tournament which is completely free to play. All you would need to do is log in with your Hive or Wax account and you can take part and try to win a slice of the $20 prize!
The tournament will be streamed live on my Twitch channel where there will also be loads of giveaways happening throughout the night, so there will be something for those who can't take part in the tournament.
Like I said before, entering is the easiest thing in the world. You don't need to pay an entry fee, you just need to sign in with your Wax or Hive account (or sign in as a guest) and jump into the Crypto-Shots Discord and let the team know you are playing in my tournament and the name you are using if you are a guest player, so we can make sure the prizes are sent to the right account.
Everyone who takes part will be entered into a death wheel for the prizes - the more games you play, the more times your name is entered onto the wheel which means more of a chance of winning the bonus prizes.
There are also 3 PvP passes up for grabs for the best KDR/ most wins and most kills for our new players so you can all start playing in the weekly tournaments and win a wide range of NFTs.
If you are a guest playing in the tournament, you do also have the chance of winning some of the NFTs so you can kick off your Crypto Shots career.
All the games will be played in the US-USW server so it can be tracked throughout the event. If you play in any other server, your scores will not be recorded.

Those who get PvP passes will be able to play and gain 1 Hive for each win they get as long as they have played longer than 4 mins per game, and also their KDR in Doom which is automatically staked in your Hive wallet. If you are a Wax player you earn your KDR/2 for your Wax earning and your KDR in Boom. (depending if you are a wax player or a Hive player).
The Hive pool get refreshed with $50 every Saturday before the 1st tournament. As the game grows stronger, the pool will grow so now is a great time to get involved!
Occasionally there are some great sponsors for the tournaments and recently Team Ph got involved and added to the pool too! When a sponsor joins in with the prize pool, their token is automatically sent out and whatever is left after the tournaments are raffled off to other players - so it’s definitely an all inclusive game.
The main tournaments happen every Saturday at 8pm UTC +1 on @Crypto-Zard personal Twitch Channel and at 2am UTC +1 On @downtowndetail personal Twitch Channel.
Now you may be wondering how the leaderboard is recorded, well @cryptoshots.nft has a bot that keeps track of everyone's score once the tournament has started. After each game, it will let you know in their discord who is currently top and who has the best win rates (it's all very smart)!
As well as PvP mode, there is a PvE mode which has various levels that you can play as a solo player. You can also earn while playing in this mode and is also very addicting to play.
To keep up to date with all things Crypto-Shots related, I would highly suggest joining their Discord and jumping into the chat with some of the players who are super friendly....until tournament day...and are always happy to help you understand the game in more detail.
