I have been spending quite a bit of time on Twitch lately watching streamers give away WAX or HIVE NFTs to their audience. I also see many of them changing their intended prize because the winner does not have a WAX wallet.
Is there that I learned that creating a WAX wallet is not as absurdly easy as it was back when I made my first WAX wallet.
My recommendation for anyone who wants a wallet is to visit this site.
Creating an account at Womplay will allow you to use the Wombat wallet on both PC and Mobile. As for why I recommend that wallet? Well, there are quite a few reasons:

- You can choose your account names.

Oh? Have you already created an account and want your wallet now? Ok. Let's go to the next step by visiting this site. Download the app or plugin, install it, and log in using the ID and Password from Womplay.
Don't worry we are almost done, all you need to do now is click (or tap) on settings, turnon the Search websites to allow Anchor authentication setting, and then go to Keys & Accounts.
Clicking on WAX or EOS will let you choose if you want to input your private keys, well if you had any that is.
Since you don't go ahead and choose the other option and create one. Now, there is a downside to this. You won't be getting the wallet's private keys... For free that is.
You can however later on buy the keys from Wombat and then change them to whatever you want on https://wax.bloks.io/
Now, remember I said you could get free crypto and NFT on Womplay? Well, you can go there and use your earnings to buy the keys if you want.
