Buen día amigos Hivers, amantes de la música y de este gran juego Rising Star, como es habitual los miércoles comparto un poco de mi camino en los juegos en la cadena de bloques, en esta ocasión tenia pensado hacer nuevamente una publicación abarcando todos esos juegos donde tengo participación pero, sera diferente y “especial” quiero aclarar que toda observación y/o comentario lo realizo con el mas grande respeto y no quiero causar polémica, soy fiel creyente que en una red social y cadena de bloques donde todo es publico y donde todo queda grabado, lo mejor es tratar las cosas de frente y no por medios particulares o privados.

Yo ingrese si no mal recuerdo en los últimos días de Marzo o en los primeros de Abril, de este año, si bien antes había tenido la intención de ingresar, por una u otra cosa no lo hacia, junto con amigos en Hive tengo proyectos y ellos a su vez me han invitado a los suyos, tenemos el proyecto de Carrera Especial en Minecraft, ellos por su lado tienen el proyecto confundidos, en estos gameplays o en los videos charlando, un integrante @efmm nos motivaba para ingresar a Rising Star, de hecho cuando le comente que ingrese al juego el de forma cordial me dijo te pasare unos cuantos Starbits para que no inicies en ceros, “quiero puntualizar esto ahora esta prohibido, así lo hicieron ver en sus (nuevas) reglas hace poco” yo mismo celebre sus medidas cuando hice mi publicación de inicio en el juego, aun no existía esta regla de no regalar activos.

Y bien a que viene todo esto, pues que recientemente a mi amigo, aquel que me animo a unirme al juego y me obsequio esos Starbits para iniciar mi partida en el juego, ha sido baneado, y si, el motivo fue precisamente por ese obsequio, ya que las “nuevas” reglas lo impiden, si nos vamos a cuestiones legales en el momento donde me fueron transferidos esos activos la regla no estaba vigente, la plataforma de Rising Star tiene poco que implemento esa regla de no regalar su principal activo y a mi me fue transferido hace poco mas de un mes, entonces la verdad me duele y me duele porque la cuenta de mi amigo @efmm no era una cuenta como la miá, con apenas unas cartas y con un nivel muy bajo, el ya tenia una cuenta bastante grande y la cual fue financiando desde afuera, osea el ingreso dinero fiat para poder comprar algunos sobres de cartas, sin contar el tiempo invertido en el juego.

Vuelvo a repetir me causa tristeza que mi amigo haya perdido su cuenta por promocionar el juego, que a modo de ayuda me haya transferido algunos Starbits, se que los dueños o administradores tendrán sus razones y motivos del porque cerrar con tantos candados el juego, pero también puedo afirmar con certeza que nosotros hablando de mi persona @tex73110 y @efmm no teníamos motivos negativos o con doble sentido para participar en el juego y quiero que @risingstargame considere, en todo caso, mejor banear mi cuenta y recuperar la cuenta de mi amigo @efmm quien se ha esmerado por mucho tiempo en jugar o participar, veo hasta cierto punto grave que ustedes como representantes de un juego abierto al publico en general no respeten a sus usuarios que ya tienen tiempo participando con ustedes y que gracias a un movimiento el cual se hizo cuando “aun no era prohibido o no existía esa regla” eliminen su cuenta, quizá un llamado de atención seria lo mas conveniente.

Quizá este hablando al aire y esta publicación/ayuda/petición no llegue a nada, pero al menos queda testimonio de mi inconformidad sobre algo que a luces es algo legalmente no procedente, que sucederá con aquellas rifas que se hicieron en muchas comunidades para PROMOCIONAR el juego, si bien se que quieren evitar que existan cuentas que se inflen y destruyan la economía del juego, dejando con pocas oportunidades a jugadores honestos y que están solos como lo es mi amigo @efmm, también se que esta medida de solo banear sin previa investigación o al menos una llamada de atención, dejara mucho que desear del mismo juego y de verdad este mes, me ha mostrado el potencial de entretenimiento que contiene.

Sin mas que añadir mas que reiterar a @risingstargame si existe la forma de banear mi cuenta y regresar la cuenta de @efmm estoy en la total y completa disposición, ya que esa trasferencia se realizo antes de la regla “no regalar starbits” y el lo hizo después de animarme mucho a jugar, espero consideren mi propuesta, yo sabre que are o como quemare mis cartas adquiridas en este corto tiempo, en este gran juego.

Appeals can be made to the developer in discord. Correcting the situation may be helpful. The rule is also nothing like "new". It was there long before the gift was made - it was in the Terms & Conditions. The change was only to make it more obvious to people since it seemed to surprise so many

@efmm Said they knew why they were banned but have not shown that the STARBITS have been returned. This was all that was needed. The account would be active again it the STARBITS were returned and you or they showed a link to the transaction in support.

@risingstargame, he realizado la transferencia, no la habia realizado antes ya que primero quería saber de forma directa si esta era la solución, agradezco su atención y reitero no volvería a suceder.
El monto total fue de 17500 Starbits, ya que eso fue lo que @efmm me transfirió en alguno momento, espero con esto pueda el tener su cuenta activa y seguir disfrutando de este gran juego.
Muchas gracias amigo por hacer este post acerca de la situación en la que estoy inmiscuido. Si bien mis actos no los hice de mala fe, acepto que desconocía del todo las reglas del juego (que al parecer siempre han sido las mismas, o al menos es lo que me dijeron en soporte).
El desconocimiento o ignorancia de las reglas no exime su cumplimiento con lo que acepto la decisión tomada por el equipo de Rising Star y no creo adecuado que suspendan tu cuenta. Fue un error mío que debo pagar.
