Hola Hivers cómo están? como ustedes saben soy instructor de yoga pero como todo en la vida esta en constante evolución, desde hace tiempo he tenido la inquietud de profundizar en mis estudios y seguirme formando, algo que consideró hace bueno a un especialista en su área.

Y el día de hoy 18 de enero de 2022 en pleno Mercurio Retrógrado y con una gran Luna llena en Cáncer he comenzado mi segundo nivel en mis estudios como instructor de Hatha yoga un día muy interesante pues estuve contando las horas con un poco de ansiedad para comenzar mis clases.

Mis profesores también son conocidos porque con ellos inicie este camino del Hatha Yoga, me gustó mucho un ejercicio que mi profesora de meditación nos compartió en el que nos pidió qué dijésemos cada uno uno de los regalos que le daríamos al grupo y yo más que regalos solo di las gracias por esas alma elegir ser mis compañeras en este ciclo.
My teachers are also known because with them I started this path of Hatha Yoga, I really liked an exercise that my meditation teacher shared with us in which she asked us to say each one of the gifts that we would give to the group and I more than gifts I just said thank you for those souls choosing to be my companions in this cycle.
Me sentí como un colegial porque a pesar de que tengo cierto camino recorrido en el mundo del yoga realmente me estoy enfrentando a un nuevo nivel del mismo.

De de verdad cuando nos dedicamos a lo que nos gusta hay entrega, compromiso, responsabilidad pero más que eso hay diversión y placer porque en el hacer lo que nos gusta nuestra alma se expresa, fluye en todas las direcciones y manifiesta eso que somos cómo chispas escindidas de la divinidad, felicidad plena!
Truly when we dedicate ourselves to what we like there is dedication, commitment, responsibility but more than that there is fun and pleasure because in doing what we like our soul expresses itself, flows in all directions and manifests what we are as sparks split from the divinity, full happiness!
