Momentos de transformación
Quizás podemos llegar a pensar que los días grises representan momentos de bajo nivel de energía, donde se puede dar lugar a sentir algún estrés o simplemente estar atravesando algún problema personal, pero a pesar de esto, siempre tendremos la decisión de ¿cómo afrontaremos ese día? Y es allí, donde la voluntad y el poder de decisión toman su mejor protagonismo.
Comenzaremos con el poder de la voluntad, la cual es la que nos hace diferentes y únicos en este gran universo de almas, porque, al presentarse un día gris donde todo parece más difícil, entonces, el que maneja la voluntad podrá accionar en función de ir a alcanzar lo que desea sin pensar negativamente y nadie podrá detenerlo.
La voluntad es una cualidad que hace la diferencia, nos empuja a estar en movimiento y nos advierte que es necesario avanzar, pese a los días grises.
Una forma en la cual particularmente refuerzo mi actitud, es que para dejar fluir mi fuerza de voluntad, cambio mi forma de caminar o estar de pie de la siguiente manera: levanto los hombros llevándolos ligeramente hacia atrás, saco el pecho, levanto la cola, meto la barriga, respiro profundo y me regalo una gran sonrisa, es increíble como este cambio en el lenguaje corporal, logra cambiar mi forma de ver cualquier situación gris que esté atravesando, por ello los invito a practicarla.
El poder de decisión, es derivado a ese poner en práctica la voluntad, porque nos impulsa a decidir ante cualquier situación que se nos presente. El hecho de fortalecer la voluntad, nos lleva a mejorar nuestro poder de decisión, para no dejarla en espera, sino llevarla al campo de acción.
Cuando manejamos nuestro poder para decidir, simplemente por difícil o gris que sean las nubes en el día y hagan más complicada la situación, el poder para decidir nos ayudará a transformar ese momento y con ello poder salir adelante, ya que, nos conduce a un cambio de estado, de negativo a positivo.
Tomar decisiones, nos abre un camino de posibilidades, el cual nos puede traer muchas sorpresas.
Una experiencia personal
Estas fotografías donde sobresaltan las nubes grises, forman parte de una colección de fotos de un paseo que hice con amigos en la isla de Margarita. Recuerdo haberles dicho que, requería me llevarán a lugares que pueda fotografiar, porque yo escribía contenido y me encantaría publicar una gran cantidad de imágenes de la isla.
Ese mismo día me enteré que mis amigos se iban del país para no regresar, debido a que uno de ellos requiere de una operación de corazón, que en Venezuela es imposible realizarse, por ello se llenaron de fuerza de voluntad, para decidir aceptar irse con su hijo a España, pese a que no desean irse y dejar su casa.
Fue un momento difícil, lloramos en nuestra sorpresiva despedida, porque nunca pensé que este paseo sería una despedida, pero como todo no es malo y podemos cambiar los días grises a otros lleno de colores, estoy segura que esta decisión les traerá a mis amigos, vida de calidad luego de su operación y más años para disfrutar juntos en España.

Moments of transformation
Perhaps we may come to think that gray days represent moments of low energy level, where we may feel some stress or simply be going through some personal problem, but despite this, we will always have the decision of how we will face that day. ? And it is there where the will and the power of decision take their best role.
We will begin with the power of the will, which is what makes us different and unique in this great universe of souls, because, when a gray day appears where everything seems more difficult, then the one who manages the will will be able to act based on Go achieve what you want without thinking negatively and no one can stop you.
Will is a quality that makes a difference, pushes us to be in motion and warns us that it is necessary to move forward, despite the gray days.
One way in which I particularly reinforce my attitude is that to let my willpower flow, I change the way I walk or stand in the following way: I raise my shoulders slightly backwards, I stick out my chest, I raise my tail, I put my belly in, take a deep breath and give myself a big smile. It is incredible how this change in body language manages to change the way I see any gray situation I am going through, which is why I invite you to practice it.
The power of decision is derived from putting will into practice, because it drives us to decide in any situation that arises. The fact of strengthening the will leads us to improve our decision-making power, so as not to leave it waiting, but rather to take it into the field of action.
When we manage our power to decide, simply no matter how difficult or gray the clouds are during the day and make the situation more complicated, the power to decide will help us transform that moment and thus be able to move forward, since it leads us to a change of state, from negative to positive.
Making decisions opens up a path of possibilities for us, which can bring us many surprises.
A personal experience
These photographs where the gray clouds stand out are part of a collection of photos from a walk I took with friends on Margarita Island. I remember telling them that I needed them to take me to places I could photograph, because I was writing content and I would love to publish a lot of images from the island.
That same day I found out that my friends were leaving the country not to return, because one of them requires a heart operation, which is impossible to perform in Venezuela, so they were filled with willpower to decide to accept leaving with their son to Spain, even though they do not want to leave their home.
It was a difficult moment, we cried at our surprise farewell, because I never thought that this walk would be a farewell, but since everything is not bad and we can change the gray days to others full of colors, I am sure that this decision will bring my friends, quality life after your operation and more years to enjoy together in Spain.

Es muy importante tener en cuenta que cada día formamos nuestro camino. Y día tras día tomamos decisiones, es cierto que a veces nos equivocamos pero de eso se trata ja vida, de errar y aprender
Me gusta la idea que defiendes. Todos pasamos por momentos grises, lo importante es tener la determinación de salir de ese estado. De hecho, creo que son parte de la vida. Son inherentes a la dinamica de esta. Creo que solo pasando por momentos grises apreciamos el color en otros.
