Definitivamente, esta comunidad me atrapa con sus iniciativas, propuestas, concursos y en este caso, no puedo hacer oídos sordos a las invitaciones de dos de mis más queridas amigas en Hive, como lo son @actioncats y @annafenix, a participar en esta nueva Iniciativa: El Poder de la Manada y como no puedo dejar pasar esta oportunidad de invitar a @mllg y @valrodriguez, para que se unan a esta manada.
Existen muchos tipos de manadas, las hay en el mundo animal, pero también las hay entre todos nosotros, las hay a nivel familiar, de amigos, laboral, en cualquier ámbito de las relaciones humanas. En este caso, les voy a hablar de mi manada laboral, porque creo que es bueno, que les del reconocimiento que se merecen en mi mundo particular. A lo largo de mis años de trabajo, he tenido una manada laboral muy variada, donde han estado personas muy especiales para mí, que me enseñaron a trabajar y a conocer, incluso con quienes contaba.
Cuando inicie en la vida laboral, era una chica bastante joven, sin experiencia, ni en otras cosas tampoco je, je, je. Al principio fue difícil, porque así como hubo personas que estuvieron prestas para ayudarme, también hubo otras que no tanto. En ese entonces, poco a poco me fui dando cuenta, de quienes se unieron para darme cobijo e incluso me defendieron de otras "manadas malvadas" je, je, je. A estas mujeres y hombres mi agradecimiento eterno, pues gracias a sus enseñanzas aprendí a trabajar e incluso a defenderme de una manera muy política de estas personas.
Muchas de estas personas ya han salido jubiladas, muchos han partido de este mundo terrenal, otras aún trabajan conmigo, pero siempre sigo manteniendo el contacto con quienes ya están descansando en sus casas y siempre propiciamos reencuentros y esto es genial. Estas personas se han convertido muchas de ellas en amigas muy queridas, porque incluso me han ayudado a nivel personal, no solo laboral y ese apoyo ha sido extensivo, en muchas formas y de diferentes maneras.
Algunos de ellos, han puesto una sonrisa en mi rostro en mis días grises, me han consentido con detalles, cuando me han visto triste o con alguna preocupación, incluso han sido catalizadores de mis emociones, me han calmado en situaciones tensas y estresantes, me han dado un abrazo cuando lo he necesitado e incluso, cuando he tenido alguna urgencia han sido esa mano amiga, que me ha levantado en un momento dado. En mis días felices han sonreído conmigo y se han alegrado de mis triunfos y eso no tiene precio.
Cuando alguien ha querido ponerme una zancadilla, ellos les han puesto dos y tres al ver la mala acción y no les han dejado llegar a mí, en mi ausencia, han cuidado mi imagen y cuando he estado indispuesta y he tenido que retirarme de reposo, han estado atentos a mi salud o situación y cuando he vuelto a mi lugar de trabajo se han alegrado de mi regreso. Mi manada ha ido cambiando a través del tiempo, pues se han añadido nuevos integrantes, los cuales están empezando en el área laboral, entonces nos toca ahora a nosotros ser los líderes de esa manada y enseñar a los nuevos integrantes, e incluso protegerlos en algunas circunstancias...
En el momento que me toque la retirada, la jubilación, sé que lo que más voy a extrañar, van a ser mis cafés en esos pequeños descansos, bromeando con ellos, mis almuerzos llenos de chistes y risas, las confesiones que compartimos de vez en cuando y el tener alguien con quien comentar mi día aparte de mi familia, esos abrazos llenos de cariño y en mis días grises, esas palabras de aliento y esas manos que en su momento me han brindado un apoyo, un sostén. A esta manada laboral y amiga a ellos mis agradecimientos, reconocimiento y amor, acá se los comparto ¡Saludos!

At that time, little by little I became aware of those who joined me to give me shelter and even defended me from other "evil herds" he, he, he, he. To these women and men my eternal thanks, because thanks to their teachings I learned to work and even to defend myself in a very political way from these people.
Many of these people have already retired, many have left this earthly world, others still work with me, but I always keep in touch with those who are already resting in their homes and we always encourage reunions and this is great. Many of these people have become very dear friends, because they have even helped me on a personal level, not only at work, and that support has been extensive, in many ways and in different ways.
Some of them have put a smile on my face in my gray days, they have pampered me with details, when they have seen me sad or with some concern, they have even been catalysts of my emotions, they have calmed me in tense and stressful situations, they have given me a hug when I have needed it and even, when I have had some urgency they have been that helping hand, that has lifted me up in a given moment. On my happy days they have smiled with me and rejoiced in my triumphs and that is priceless.
When someone has wanted to trip me up, they have put two and three on them seeing the bad deed and have not let them get to me, in my absence, they have taken care of my image and when I have been unwell and have had to retire from rest, they have been attentive to my health or situation and when I have returned to my place of work they have rejoiced at my return. My herd has been changing over time, as new members have been added, who are starting out in the work area, so it is now up to us to be the leaders of that herd and teach the new members, and even protect them in some circumstances....
When the time comes for me to retire, I know that what I will miss the most, will be my coffees in those little breaks, joking with them, my lunches full of jokes and laughter, the confessions we share from time to time and having someone to talk about my day apart from my family, those hugs full of affection and in my gray days, those words of encouragement and those hands that at the time have given me a support, a support. To this herd of work and friends my thanks, recognition and love, here I share them with you Greetings!
