Saludos amigos de la colmena, me uno a participar en la comunidad de @holos-lotus, con la iniciativa que nos trae el estimado @finec, en referencia al tema que nos lleva a reflexionar Conectando a través de la creatividad: historias inspiradoras de cambio personal.
En la vida pasamos por diferentes etapas, cada una con su desafíos y satisfacciones, tenemos así mismo la oportunidad de sortear obstáculos que podrían retrasar nuestro desarrollo personal, vale la pena entonces recordar lo vivido, reconocer y aceptar nuestros propios logros que en mayor o menor grado, siempre los tenemos como personas y los hemos logrado por nosotras mismas.
Mirando un poco hacia atrás
Recuerdo hace algún tiempo, en mi trabajo se necesitaba determinar la disponibilidad en efectivo de los recursos con los que contaba la Institución, sin comprometer lo referente a los pagos del personal y de funcionamiento, pero quien era mi jefa del Departamento de Tesorería nunca lo había hecho, alegando que elaborar un Flujo de efectivo, no era lo adecuado ya que ese instrumento era utilizado en empresas privadas y no en organismos públicos.
Ella decía que la Universidad no producía ingresos monetarios.
Lo cierto es que por una situación de un accidente en su casa, mi jefa sale de reposo y el Director me pide que le haga el mencionado instrumento. Pude idear la manera y verificar los recursos recibidos por el estado y a partir de allí busque toda la información de otros departamentos y puede realizar el trabajo requerido.
Esto me sirvió de base para ser nombrada como Jefe del Departamento y mi anterior Jefa fue promovida a otro cargo.
Mi zona de creatividad
Muchas veces las situaciones que se nos presentan, son retos que debemos asumir con la mayor disposición. Puedo ser creativa si estoy dispuesta a permitirme aprovechar la oportunidad.
Me parece muy acertado, citar lo leído en el libro Meditaciones para mujeres que hacen demasiado: “Todos tenemos una zona de creatividad singular que está ligada de manera especial a nuestros talentos y personalidad. Lo que estoy buscando en realidad es a mí misma, y yo misma soy creativa por naturaleza, Anne Wilson Schaef.”
Son dos requisitos para que la creatividad encuentre su vía, estos son la tranquilidad y tiempo. Nadie va a procurarme un tiempo de tranquilidad sino yo misma. “creo que una receta es sólo una melodía que una cocinera inteligente puede tocar cada vez con diferentes variaciones, de la misma autora Anne Wilson.”
Pienso que todo en esta vida está conectado, si somos felices en el trabajo, si nos gusta nuestra profesión seremos felices en otros ámbitos, porque el entusiasmo, la motivación y el empeño que pongo al realizarlo se van contagiando a todas las áreas de mi vida y creo firmemente que vale la pena luchar por lo que queremos.
Permitir que todo fluya
Las experiencias pasadas me hacen crecer y madurar, la lucha por el crecimiento personal es muchas veces dura y difícil, sin embargo debo ser constante y permitir que todo fluya, porque sé que al final del día, la persona más beneficiada seré yo misma.
Descubrir mis capacidades y aceptar mis limitaciones, es decir, si trabajo y me siento satisfecha con lo que hago, es bueno, pero puedo siempre buscar la manera de incrementar mis conocimientos, fomentar más la lectura, ser activa y hacer las cosas a conciencia, ponerme metas y proyectos y luchar por ellas.
Dejar sacar a la persona valiente que llevas dentro, eres una creación divina de Dios y Dios te ama, amate tu misma, amate como te lo mereces, recuerda que Dios nos dio facultades, habilidades y si les pones atención veras que eres capaz de levantarte.

Looking Back a little
I remember some time ago, in my job I needed to determine the cash availability of the resources that the Institution had, without compromising the staff and operating payments, but my boss in the Treasury Department had never done it, claiming that drawing up a cash flow was not the right thing to do, as this instrument was used in private companies and not in public bodies.
She said that the University did not produce monetary income.
The truth is that due to an accident at home, my boss went on bed rest and the Director asked me to draw up the aforementioned instrument. I was able to find a way and verify the resources received by the state and from there I looked for all the information from other departments and was able to do the required work.
This was the basis for me to be appointed as the Head of the Department and my previous Head was promoted to another position.
My Creativity zone
Often the situations we are presented with, are challenges that we must take on with the utmost willingness. I can be creative if I am willing to allow myself to seize the opportunity.
I find it very apt to quote what I read in the book Meditations for Women Who Do Too Much: "We all have a unique zone of creativity that is linked in a special way to our talents and personality. What I am really looking for is myself, and I myself am creative by nature, Anne Wilson Schaef. "
There are two prerequisites for creativity to find its way, these are tranquillity and time. No one is going to provide me with quiet time but myself. I believe that a recipe is just a melody that a clever cook can play each time with different variations, by the same author Anne Wilson".
I think that everything in this life is connected, if we are happy at work, if we like our profession we will be happy in other areas, because the enthusiasm, motivation and commitment that I put into my work will spread to all areas of my life and I firmly believe that it is worth fighting for what we want.
Allowing everything to flow
Past experiences make me grow and mature, the struggle for personal growth is often hard and difficult, however I must be constant and allow everything to flow, because I know that at the end of the day, the person who will benefit the most will be myself.
Discovering my capabilities and accepting my limitations, i.e. if I work and feel satisfied with what I do, it is good, but I can always look for ways to increase my knowledge, encourage more reading, be active and do things consciously, set goals and projects and strive for them.
Let the brave person inside you come out, you are a divine creation of God and God loves you, love yourself, love yourself as you deserve it, remember that God gave us faculties, abilities and if you pay attention to them you will see that you are capable of rising up.

Las situaciones desafiantes siempre ponen a prueba nuestro verdadero potencial creativo. Aunque pueden parecer abrumadoras al principio, si nos enfocamos, podemos descubrir soluciones innovadoras que nunca hubiéramos imaginado. 😊
