Seriously, so many neighbors would live to loud their songs to the highest level just to disturb others. Many people are not find of this act just like me as well.
Singing in public? I can't even sing but talking to the public is my call and being quiet is not me.
I consider it a way to get attention, a very bad way actually, but it seems that there is nothing that will make them change.
I'm even bad at starting conversations, but I can talk more in what I gain confidence.
