A lo largo del tiempo ha existido un sinfín de creencias las cuales le han permitido al ser humano trascender en diversos estados y maneras de vida, pero en este momento quiero centrarme en ese plano espiritual al cual muchos le temen y también muchos adoran y respetan cómo lo es la conexión espiritual con diversos entes.
Se puede decir que las conexiones espirituales con los entes de luz u oscuridad para muchos son reales y para otros son simplemente una manera de estafa a los incrédulos creyentes, sin embargo, desde mi punto de vista yo respeto y creo en gran parte sobre ello debido a que crecí en un ambiente donde se desarrollaban estas actividades.
Por ejemplo, existe en mi país el espiritismo, el cual es utilizado para diversos tipos de trabajos o rituales con diversos fines, creando un contacto con los entes, buscando siempre orientación espiritual y protección. Algunas personas tienden a criticar este tipo de actividades debido al desconocimiento trascendental que posee, sin embargo, cada quien es libre de ejercer sus opiniones sobre lo conocido o lo desconocido que se presenta en la vida.
Cuando hablamos de esta dimensión espiritual nos referimos a esa realidad que trasciende lo físico y lo material donde se toca la existencia del espíritu con algo superior, donde se dice que muchas personas se van más allá de la dimensión del cuerpo físico a estos vulgarmente en mi país les tienden a llamar brujos, sin embargo, dependiendo sus actividades pueden ser guías espirituales para una mejor vida.
A veces este tipo de temas tienden a ser un poco difíciles de digerir debido a que las personas son susceptibles ante cualquier tipo de comentarios relacionado con esta religión, qué más que una religión tiende a ser un estilo de vida.
Por ejemplo cuándo hablamos de la dimensión espiritual esto incluye conceptos holísticos como la existencia del alma e inmortal manteniendo el respeto hacia un ente superior o divinidad que permite la realización de diversas actividades para el desarrollo de la vida, es muy importante fundamentarnos en que para poder realizar este tipo de rituales o actividades el nivel de meditación de las personas debe ser bastante amplio en total conexión con el universo manteniendo un respeto por la vida y respetando todo lo que integra nuestro mundo.
Hablar de la espiritualidad es algo sumamente hermoso, y las diversas ramas que lo comprenden también, ya que parten de un principio de respeto con lo divino en busca de un significado y propósito para la vida, fomentando el crecimiento de nuestra conciencia y la esencia de nuestro ser; Sin embargo, también comprende para algunos el simple hecho del uso de la magia para malograr o dañar a los demás cuestión que no comparto, pero también existe esa tonalidad oscura dentro del área espiritual la cual es sumamente delicada y afecta tanto al practicante como al que lo recibe en algunos casos.
Por lo tanto, cuando hablamos del espiritismo o nos referimos a ese toque espiritual implica integración de la dimensión espiritual en nuestra vida cotidiana buscando un equilibrio entre cuerpo mente y espíritu además del reconocimiento y la conexión entre estos aspectos para alcanzar un estado de armonía y tranquilidad, cuando hablamos de la práctica del espiritismo no simplemente hablamos de personas malas sino también aquellos días que nos pueden ayudar a la práctica de mejores maneras de vida muchos de ellos trabajan con meditación oración y también el estudio de las enseñanzas espirituales para cultivar el crecimiento integral de nuestro ser.
Una anécdota que les puedo contar sobre esto de la espiritualidad y el espiritismo es un señor mucho mayor que asistía a nuestra casa como cliente llamado el señor Gertrudis, este señor mantenía una serie de rituales para rezar y hacer protección a los niños, este señor contenía una velita blanca y un pañuelito blanco con el cual realizaba una serie de rezos invocando a los santos protectores para que los niños se les quitara el mal de ojos.
Cabe destacar que mi familia se encargaba del comercio dentro de la parte espiritual con los diferentes productos para la creación y protección de cada persona por medio de los diferentes ingredientes para cada receta espiritual.
Dentro de todos los trabajos que se realizaban en este negocio al momento de venderle a los clientes los productos de sus recetas existían por ejemplo recetas para limpieza espiritual la cual se llevaba a cabo para purificar el cuerpo y el espíritu de todas las energías negativas por medio de baños con hierbas sahumerio inciensos y algunos rituales con velas que permitía el resguardo por medio de los entes espirituales.
Recuerdo que también realizaban trabajos de protección contra energías negativas, malas influencias o situaciones peligrosas por medio de rezos y plegarias a diferentes entes.
Así que amigos míos, cuando hablen de espiritistas, simplemente no lo vean como personas malas, sino como aquellos guías en el área espiritual para todos nosotros que se basan en fundamentos y en creencias ancestrales que permiten mejorar nuestro estilo de vida de una manera simple y holística.

Sometimes these topics tend to be a bit difficult to digest because people are sensitive to any comments related to this religion, which more than a religion tends to be a way of life.
For example, when we talk about the spiritual dimension, it includes holistic concepts such as the existence of the soul and immortality while maintaining respect for a higher entity or divinity that allows the realization of various activities for the development of life. It is very important to understand that in order to perform these types of rituals or activities, the level of meditation of the individuals must be quite extensive in total connection with the universe while maintaining respect for life and respecting everything that integrates our world.
Talking about spirituality is extremely beautiful, as well as the various branches that comprise it, as they start from a principle of respect for the divine in search of meaning and purpose in life, promoting the growth of our consciousness and the essence of our being. However, for some, it also includes simply using magic to harm others, a matter I do not share, but there is also that dark tone within the spiritual realm which is extremely delicate and affects both the practitioner and the recipient in some cases.
Therefore, when we talk about spiritualism or refer to that spiritual touch, it implies integrating the spiritual dimension into our daily lives seeking a balance between body, mind, and spirit, as well as the recognition and connection between these aspects to achieve a state of harmony and tranquility. When we talk about the practice of spiritualism, we are not just talking about bad people but also those who can help us practice better ways of life. Many of them work with meditation, prayer, and also the study of spiritual teachings to cultivate the integral growth of our being.
An anecdote I can tell you about spirituality and spiritualism is about an elderly man who used to visit our house as a client, his name was Mr. Gertrudis. This man performed a series of rituals to pray and protect children. He carried a white candle and a white handkerchief with which he recited prayers invoking protective saints to ward off the evil eye from the children.
It is worth noting that my family was involved in the business of spiritual products for the creation and protection of individuals through different ingredients for each spiritual recipe.
