Saludos amigos de Hive y de la hermosa comunidad @holos&lotus, en el día de hoy me uno a la iniciativa de nuestra compañera @mosa71, de la columna: "Programándonos para el Bienestar", la cual está titulada: Hoy estoy sólo para mí. Cómo a la mayoría de los compañeros pienso que es un título o una iniciativa un poco egoísta, pero hay que pensar también que necesitamos tiempo ⏲️ para nosotras misma, necesitamos meditar y pensar la vida 🧬.
Greetings friends from Hive and from the beautiful @holos&lotus community, today I join the initiative of our colleague @mosa71, from the column: "Programming ourselves for Well-being", which is entitled: Today I am just for myself. Like most colleagues, I think it's a somewhat selfish title or initiative, but you also have to think that we need time ⏲️ for ourselves, we need to meditate and think about life .
A veces pensamos en los demás, o mas bien en nuestra familia, pero a la vez nuestra familia no piensa en nosotros. Ustedes dirán, porque Estoy diciendo esto?, bueno lo digo por mi madre, yo vivo con mis padres en su casa, entonces mi madre es todo en la casa es la raíz fundamental de la familia, es la que lleva toda la rienda en la casa 🏡, claro yo como persona ya mayor ayudo en la casa, pero mi madre son de esas madres perfeccionista que tiene que estar todo en su lugar como ella lo dejo. Eso me encanta porque de esa manera dice mucho de ella.
Sometimes we think of others, or rather of our family, but at the same time our family does not think of us. You will say, I am saying this, well I am saying it for my mother, I live with my parents in their house, so my mother is everything in the house, she is the fundamental root of the family, she is the one who has all the reins at home 🏡, of course, as an older person I help around the house, but my mother is one of those perfectionist mothers who has to have everything in its place as she left it. I love that because that way it says a lot about her.
Pero a la vez pienso y sobre todo le pregunto. Mami tu no te cansas?, No te quieres acostar un rato?, No te quieres sentar ver la noticia?**. Ella a veces se molesta porque piensa que le digo para echarle broma. Pero mi madre es una mujer que piensa primero en su hogar y su familia antes que ella. Todo este tiempo le digo **conchale ya lavaste, y barriste, ahora siéntate un rato, descansa un momento, Tomate un tiempo para ti.

She sometimes gets upset because she thinks I'm telling her to prank her. But my mother is a woman who thinks of her home and her family first before she does. Está semana; mi hermana y yo pensamos que debería viajar aunque sea unos días a ver a su hermana que está en puerto la cruz para que se distraerá, y así mismos fue, mi hermano y su esposo la llevaron, ellos se fueron a otro lado y a mi mamá la dejaron en la casa de su hermana y en tres días la pasaban buscando. Allí fue un alivio para nosotros ya que estuvo muy relajada y sobre todo con una sonrisa en su rostro tan hermosa como ella.
This week; My sister and I thought that she should travel at least for a few days to see her sister who is in Puerto La Cruz so that she can have fun, and she went like that, my brother and her husband took her, they went to another place and to my mother They left her at her sister's house and in three days they spent looking for her. Sabemos que hay que tomarse un tiempo para nosotros mismos, porque todo lo qie hacemos diariamente cansa o aburre, en este post hale de mi madre porque lo necesitaba hacerlo, y de mi parte todavía no puedo decir estoy solo para mí, porque tengo un bebé de quien velas jejeje ahora no puedo descansar, es por ello que me preocupo de mi madre. Pero por eso no quiere decir que yo dejé de disfrutar claro que no, yo me tomo mucho tiempo para nosotros dos mi hijo y yo, vamos al parque, vamos juntos para todos lados y eso es lo que más amo ❤️🔥. We know that we have to take time for ourselves, because everything we do daily tires or bores, in this post I talked about my mother because she needed to do it, and for my part I still can't say I'm alone for myself, because I have a baby Who are you watching over hehehe now I can't rest, that's why I worry about my mother. But that does not mean that I stopped enjoying of course not, I take a lot of time for the two of us, my son and I, we go to the park, we go everywhere together and that is what I love the most ❤️🔥. Gracias querida amiga por tomarse un tiempo y leer mi post. Si amiga nuestras madres se cansan siempre de lo mismo, de estar en casa estar pendiente las cosas del hogar y la familia. Pero también necesitan un respiro . Jeje. Se lo merecen.

¡Que bien que lograron sacar a tu mamá de la rutina!, eso seguro la alivio mucho a ella y ustedes cambiar de ambiente y salir de la rutina ayuda mucho y creo que tú también deberías hacerlo así fuera por pocas horas, tengo una vecina que después de que nació su hijo decidió quedarse con él, pero tiene una costumbre o acuerdo con su esposo, cuando llega su esposo del trabajo ella deja al niño con él una o dos horas y sale a los jardines o áreas comunes sola para despejar un rato su mente y descansar de luchar con el niño que es bien tremendo y si no lo fuera creo que también se lo merece.
Jejejee gracias querida amiga. Si fue una semana muy agradable para mi mamá, se despejó mucho de su casa para que descansará. Y gracias por el concejo jejeje, bueno si; yo hago algo parecido ekjeje me la paso todo el día con mi bebé y a la hora que llega el papá de lo doy a él, yo le digo que es hora de papá e hijo jejejee.
